[ Lunafreya has just left her post in communications to take a short break, and she finds herself standing behind poor Prompto. Pryna sits at her side, her tail thumping against the floor, though she does not stay sitting long. She stands to go and greet Prompto properly, trotting to his side and pushing her head towards his hand. The princess requires pets, dear man. ]
This is certainly a foreign magic than what we are used to at home, though.

[Of course he's going to pet Pryna. He even kneels down so he can give her all the attention she deserves.]
As long as it only shows the good stuff.
[Scenic images of familiar landscapes is all well and good. He'd hate to find Altissia in ruins, or Gralea, filling up the walls.]

[ She moves to stand next to Prompto properly as well, and she hums softly. The Disc of Cauthess is one of the very first stops she'd made in her own personal journey, and a place she wasn't sure she'd ever really get to see again. It looks strange not to see Titan holding the meteor.
Pryna is a happy camper right now. Her tail is a blur and she is eager to lap at poor Prompto's face and ears. ]
Agreed in full. Hm, still, I do wonder how this works? It's fascinating.

[He laughs and gently pushes Pryna away from his face. Easy, girl. He loves you too.]
Can't say I know. All I did was touch it.

[ Pryna whines but complies like the good girl she is. She'll instead opt to sit at his feet and put one of her paws in one of his hands. Friendship goals! ]
Really? I wonder if it is somehow able to feed into our memories... [ Nothing would surprise her, really. And... it's happened before, last year. Except those were with weird rooms and memories... not something splashed across a wall. Reaching out, Lunafreya gingerly places a hand against the wall, and sure enough it shifts into something very familiar to her. ] Ah... my beloved Tenebrae. Have you ever been there, Prompto?

He's holding hands with a dog. Nothing could be better.]
Ugh. I hope not. [Some memories were bad enough, without putting them on public display.
He watches the image shift, and smiles softly, if a little sadly, at a place he's only ever seen in media. The train was supposed to pass through there, wasn't it? He never made it that far.]
Uh, no. Didn't get a chance. Always wanted to, though. It was something else.

Pryna looks as if she is actually smiling right now. Whose a good girl? She's a good girl. A very happy, very good girl. ]
As do I, but considering the nature of this place... I would not doubt it, either. [ Her own expression certainly softens as she takes in her homeland, looking so lush and green and every bit the way she'd left it the day she walked away from it the last time in life. She's seen what it looks like now... ten years of darkness did a lot of damage to it. At least the manor didn't burn completely, try though the Empire did. She thinks, though, now that the sun is up... the green will come back. Not just in Tenebrae, but all over their beaten, battered star.
It's that thought that has her smiling again. ]
Whenever we are sent home... you should go see it someday. It's nothing like Lucis, or even Insomnia, it's very rural and there is not much to do... but it is quiet and peaceful.

He hums, absently scratching Pryna behind the ear while staring down the image as if he can memorize it.]
Quiet and peaceful would be a good change, considering. [Would it even still be there? He doesn't have a ten year head start, but with the way the world was going when he got zapped here, a lot of beautiful places were sitting in ruin now.]

Pryna's ear shifts just a little to give Prompto better access, thanks. That's the spot. ]
Indeed. [ Prompto has no idea what is in store for them in their future, and Luna isn't going to be the one to tell him all the details. Besides, she only knows so much... after the sun rises again, she has no idea what Prompto will go and do, who he will meet and see. His path won't be an easy one, ushering in the light of a brand new dawn, especially in a post apocalyptic world isn't going to be a walk in the park. But she thinks that, given time to adjust and settle in... she thinks he'll get that peace and quiet. She thinks they all will.
But that is the future, and this is the now. She smiles softly at Prompto and turns her attention back to the wall. ] I think you would like it there. There is a lot of open nature to explore... waterfalls, rolling hills, forests. Even with all the years I lived there, I had not gotten to see it all.

[He was a city boy, through and though. But he could appreciate nature. He just didn't enjoy sleeping in it, or fighting it. Even the crappy camper beds were better than laying down on the hard surface of a haven.
He doesn't know yet that ten years of darkness are in his future. He does know that his city has fallen. And Altissia is ruined. The base in Niflheim was empty but for MT units, bottled up clones, and one mad scientist, and Gralea looked no better - what he saw of it, anyway. No matter what the future holds, his world has already been irrevocably changed.]
Do you miss it?

[ Luna knows that very well... her own journey throughout Lucis and their star meant lonely nights sleeping on the ground, or when she was very fortunate, strangers who had recognized her pulling her into their campers or offering her a place to stay for the evening. And of course, her elder brother had seen fit to make sure she had some sort of shelter when he could, too.
She just merely hopes that with dawn on the horizon, as changed as his world may be, he can continue on for his own future and forge his own path and find some sort of peace, though that will likely come some time after suffering the loss of his best friend. She doesn't even want to think with how he and the others are going to have to cope with that. ]
Sometimes I do. It was beautiful, and I've an endless love for my country. But it was also my prison for many years. I would have liked to have seen a little more of the world in general before things got too hectic, really.
