[It's a party for a narcissistic redhead who likes to be reminded she's alive.  Come celebrate!  Alternately, come sneak in and steal the food!  There's a bar set up for drinks drastically lowered to cost-price or to-be-paid-later-tab, a non-alcoholic punch in case of wandering minors (spike it and Nami will end you) and random snacks.

Oh, and a pool.  Which is heated.  Kind of important, that part.

There's still Anders if you've met him. Also Kitty mentioned there is a doctor called Strange in the fleet. [For the moment.] Although not sure how I feel about a guy named Strange doctor-ing me.

So, he's got to be a pretty good doctor to be a part of your crew, right?

Well, ah-- I mean... [Not in a long time. Perhaps in the beginning and just a rare occasion these days, but Vash doesn't like to think about that.] No? Not really.

[Laughing.] I'm messing with you. Dr Tony Tony Chopper is his name. He's a reindeer that gained human characteristics.

A reindeer with human characteristics? Huh. I think I'd like to meet someone like that.

Does that mean he has fingers? [Because there's no way someone can doctor with hooves, right? Right?]

Haha. [He laughs honestly for a moment. Then there's a moment where he pauses.] That-- that's also a joke. Right? [He suddenly has trust issues with the things she says.]

No, it's not. But you'd be surprised. Chopper manages very well. He definitely has all the steadiness a doctor needs.

I suppose steadiness is more important than fingers in the long run. [He doesn't have a single clue as to what he is talking about.]

For some. Maybe you'll get to meet him one day. It's a little easier to take in, in person.

I think I would like to meet him one day.

Well, maybe you will. I've had crew drop in before. [She smiles wryly.] He'll probably turn up just long enough to be amazed at space and then go home again.

I know it's lonely, but maybe it's good that he's not here. Hopefully we can send you back to your home one day soon. It sounds like a pretty great place. [Even though he's only heard a little bit of it.]
