That's the most lackluster entrance I've ever had to make. There wasn't a single explosion involved.

[She sounds amused and annoyed at the same time, but her face is just a curious half-smile as she looks around.]

This doesn't remind me of the medical ships or Elysion at all. [A few steps forward and she starts to categorize what she sees.] I wonder what's in all these rooms.

[Sorry, crew mates. Mikumo will probably be going through everything that isn't soldered down.]

No. It's really not.

[Not when it's so easy to have everyone hang on your every note.]

It serves a dual purpose. I get to sing and help people at the same time. It's worth any discomfort we might feel.

I play the shamisen. [Sometimes, she even sings.] But I fear my stage is vastly smaller than yours. Your work sounds admirable.

The shamisen? That's not an instrument that's really played much where I'm from. Perhaps you can play for me some day and I can sing for you.

As far as whether my work is admirable or not, I think history will be the judge of that.

[You've at least heard of it. Many from so far in the future are unfamiliar, and that, and the offer, make her smile.]

History is often unkind and tells not the full story. But I'd like that.

There are some things that history loses to the space of time that are better off not being known.

[Like her being the clone of a half a million year dead priestess. Or all of her powers.]
