[ The video starts with Loki out in a verandah, a few tables and chairs scattered around. he's standing, hiding something from view. He pulls out a lace handkerchief, dabbing at his eyes. ]

It seems that there are a few people that have departed lately. And since everyone is very fond of making cryptic sad statements on the network for attention, I thought I would do the same for the passengers that have left us in such . . . [ A pointed dab. ] . . . sorrow.

[ with that, he moves away, taking a seat, revealing a bunch of children with bats and a life sized Dr. Strange figure. They look at Loki eagerly, waiting for the signal and he nods in assent. With a wild cry, they all launch themselves at the statue, beating it up. It even makes realistic sounds of pain. With every tear and visible wound, candy falls out.

Loki conjures a mimosa, leaning back. This is the life. There would be one of Sam Winchester too if . . . Loki had any idea who that was. Alas. ]

If you consider this the real world, then you must not know much.

Real is relative to what you're experiencing and how it affects you.

Then using the term real world renders your statement obsolete because of the context you've put it in.

That's not true. What is real is based upon our interpretation.

If something feels real, smells real, act's real and we treat it like it's real... wouldn't that make it real?

Yes, but calling it the real world makes it more factual than one open to interpretation. As I said. The context matters.

That's why people argue so much and why the US has three branches of government.

Haven't you been online? Every world ever and every opinion ever is just interpretation. Including speech and oh right, vocabulary words like REAL.

So you're interpreting the word real as something subjective to suit your world view.

That does sound very pretentious and mortal.

You do realize that what you're describing is literally how language works. Like it's defined as a tool used for communication. If we have different base definitions then we're technically having two different conversations at the same time.

I'd also like to say that pretentious and mortal are not mutually exclusive terms. I know a lot of immortals who are SUPER pretentious. Also, I find it really interesting that you seem so intelligent but so dumb at the same time. It's really interesting. [Which Freya's not even being sarcastic, she finds this all very interesting. Not once through the conversation as her tone deviated from a thoughtful or curious note.]

What's your definition if immortal? Is it a being who can't be killed or someone who doesn't die by natural causes? I ask because there are two schools of thought that I know of and I'm sure there are more.
