Twelfth Cycle winding down, maybe?

[first time using video in the eighteen or so months he's been here. maybe a direct challenge? his 'paycheck' reflects low low ratings, if those are even real, considering he never ever does anything interesting.]

I'm a little shocked to find myself around, honestly. I'm boring. How does Atroma tally up those who leave and those who stay, anyway? I'm pretty sure some ratings high-rollers have ducked out. Randomized for the drama? Seems more like shoddy management than a deliberate choice.

It's almost like there's nobody watching after all.

Obviously we're still valuable enough to keep alive, but given that we're the twelfth cycle I can't imagine we're as indispensable as they imply.

[as someone who likes gathering information - hell, it's a huge part of his job, he practically lives information - he had a bit of an issue with it when he dove into gathering info about the place in general]

So that limits our opportunities to garner intelligence to largely what's within the Fleet. Our ships are open to tampering so there's nothing to learn there, but the Marsiva is still a very guarded secret.

Has anyone even tried to protect the ships from tampering? Like - I don't know, independent systems or whatever? I ain't too familiar with that shit, but there's precautions and protections people can program if they know how.
