So, those boxes....turns out if you open them, you get trouble. Isn't that great?! But, the Blue Fish was smart enough to not deal with that.

Not that they're going to get off scott free, since they have friends on other ships. And, well, a lot of them are from Thedas.

Sighing, Leilani hesitates for a moment before she lifts a shoulder into a shrug. Anyone who's seen the network can likely guess why she's so miserable. "It's more like I'm hiding."

Riona didn't want to bring it up, but since Leilani did first... "Have you spoken with him? Or her? Or... whatever Justice currently was at that moment?"

"I did. A little." Moving around, Leilani drops down and settles cross-legged on the ground, a little like she might have done when she was younger. "He kept calling me 'elf' and 'mage', so I decided it might be best not to continue."

"He didn't recognize me either. Kept asking me who had mauled me and why I wasn't like I should be." Direct and blunt as always. "I suspect this is a glitch so we just have to ride it out."

"I suppose that's just how it has to be." Frowning, she shifts and makes herself a little more comfortable, breathing out softly. It's probably what she deserves, all things considered. "I'll wait it out. I can do that."

Riona offers a sympathetic look and a squeeze on the shoulder. "It'll be all right. If nothing else, you might be able to wiggle a favor out of him after it's all said and done. I certainly plan on guilting a bottle of wine or two out of him." She's mostly kidding. Mostly

"I don't think I'll be trying to win any favours." She frowns, playing with her fingers idly. "I'm going to be waiting to see if he even wants to talk to me."

"He will." Of that Riona has no doubt. "I've been on the far, far worse side of Justice. I've borne his anger and hurt. And yet he still talked to me eventually."

"Eventually." Leilani sighs softly, leaning back and feeling even heavier than she had moments before. "I've missed him, Riona. I don't know what to do."

"Well, until he's himself there's not much you can do. Have you gone over with yourself what you want to say to him, exactly?"

"No." She sighs, soft and low. "I don't even know where I'd begin after last time."

"Well, if you want to bounce things off of me, I'll gladly listen." She smiles. "I can try and do my best Justice impression."

"How do you follow up a complete confession of everything you've done and felt up until the point you ended things with someone?"

[bryces_pup]

Well that is a pretty hard follow-up, she'll give her that. "Maybe with something like 'Hey, can we revisit our last conversation? There are things I need to address or readdress' He'll likely want to know what, but it gives you an opening."

"I left a note on Loyalty's collar." Leilani frowns, sighing softly. "That he should message me when he remembers who I am. I... I want to address it, but... I don't want to pressure him. Not after so long."

[bryces_pup]

"Then you've already taken the first step you need to take. Now you just have to wait, as who knows how long this glitch will go for." She gently runs a hand over Lei's head. "He'll reach out once he's back. I know he will." And she'll yell at him if he doesn't.

“I honestly wouldn’t blame him if he doesn’t, but I hope he does.” She leans into Riona gently, closing her eyes. “I think I’d do almost anything for it.” It’s been long enough that she’s not sure what to do with herself, especially when she’s not good at hiding her feelings. She just misses him.
