September Blue Fish Mingle

Who: Blue Fish crew, friends, pets, and anyone who wants to come
Broadcast: maybe?
Action: Definitely on the Blue Fish
When: After 9/11 when they're in drift

So, those boxes....turns out if you open them, you get trouble. Isn't that great?! But, the Blue Fish was smart enough to not deal with that.

Not that they're going to get off scott free, since they have friends on other ships. And, well, a lot of them are from Thedas.

They did not meet in a tower. They met in battle. But the tower wanted her back, and promises were made. She made them all promise to never tell you who your parents were. She thought it was the only way you would have a good life.

[Justice frowns deeper at the amulet, gradually sorting the memories into something coherent in her head.]

Her blood sang with the same poison yours does, but then it did not anymore. I do not know how she purged the poison, but she had to go back to the tower, and she could not let them know she had a child.

I am not here to tell you what is possible or impossible. I am here to tell you what is true.

[She places the amulet firmly between her fingers, closing her eyes.

As she speaks next, her face slackens, her voice taking a distinct Orlesian lilt as she speaks.]

She loves you. She knew as she left you with your father that she would regret it for the rest of her life, but she also knew she would never be allowed to have you. The Chantry would take you away if they knew, and the nobility would kill you or force you into an alienage if your father attempted to intercede on your behalf. She couldn't let you go to the alienage, and she couldn't let you die or be taken by the Chantry. She knew what they would do to you. Lying was the only way she saw to spare you suffering from your heritage. You'd be an orphan bastard, but you'd be a free, human one.

A friend with poison in his blood promised to watch over you while she was trapped in the tower. His name was Duncan. [Justice shakes herself, her voice returning to normal and her eyes opening.] That is all I can see.
