Nope. I didn't. Good for you, drinking is probably a habit I really should give up. [He's not teasing and honestly means that.] Well then. What about the restaurants? Some new foods to try to make this trip a bit more fun?

Good for me nothin', it's only 'cuz I have shit tolerance for it. I didn't get the good drinking genes. [mutter grumble how do you take nice words graciously] I dunno, I'm not big into food like that. Maybe, I guess, depends on what kinda food they've got. I can't eat a lot of weird shit.

He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, and it's one of those sighs where he sounds more exasperated than anything, like he's had this exact conversation before]

I already tinker with shit when I've got the patience for it. I got a fake arm, kinda have to.

[Vash gives his left arm a flex before patting it with his other hand.] Me too, but that kind of tinkering is work. Not fun.

Yeah, but I still get the whole damn hangover and I'm pretty sure I get it worse 'cuz my shit's artificial. It ain't as fun as it sounds.

[he eyes Vash's arm before he rolls his eyes with a huff] I tinker with other shit too. But I don't got the dexterity in either hand to do the real delicate stuff, so I'm kind of shit out of luck if I wanna get real into it.

And just FYI, I've had this conversation a million times before. I don't really do hobbies. Other people have already tried. Some with force.

[his nose wrinkles] Gross. No, nothing like that. Lot of non-fiction, uh - I was big into military history for a long time, would've gone to school for it if my life didn't derail. Now I just read whatever looks interesting - I'm not really picky, as long as it isn't romance shit.
