It's time for a spooky candy-filled drift, Flooters! And because no Halloween is complete without a few tricks...a mini player plot! If you'd rather just have a normal mingle, feel free to ignore it and tag about as normal!

On the Iskaulit for interested parties there are a few bowls of candy gathered from all the ships. It's a random assortment! The bowls are left in high traffic areas and they can be moved about, so feel free to say your character ran into the bowl wherever you like! Even in the bathroom? Who knows! Fancy hotels do it, so why not the Fleet.

Upon consuming candy taken from the bowl however, the character will have their hair or skin temporarily change color to something not their natural shade. This is a harmless illusion spell and can last anywhere from 1 to 8 hours - player's choice! What colors? Also player's choice! Want to go mauve for the day? Sure! Blue and green? Go for it! Rainbow glitter? Why not?

This is a completely harmless spell though, so while it looks like they've changed colors, it is not a real physical change. After a few hours, the effects wear off and everything is back to normal. Happy Halloween♥

[ taako wasn't wrong. loki had been a decent child. precocious, mischievous but overall, a good child. trying hard to be a good son. and though many people had been kind to him, it was difficult to think of such times without remembering all the lies that had surrounded him. he still wished that thor hadn't hidden things. it had hurt.

but it's not important right now. loki merely smiles. ]

[Aka no. No he does not want to be a frog ever, but seeing as he's dressed like a witch, who knows what Loki is up to.]

Yeah, unless I die. In which case I'll haunt your fine ass for the rest of eternity. But let's make this a fair exchange, hm?

[He uses Mage Hand to grab the closest candy bowl and bring it over, offering Loki a chance to try his luck as well.]

[ loki glances at it, curious before he smiles. ]

Why not? It makes the stakes more enticing. The same time then.

[ he reaches into the candy bowl. ]

[Nothing will happen until Loki eats the candy, but just knowing that he has a piece makes Taako smile. Hopefully Loki appreciates his little trick.

And here we go? Taako takes a deep breath and reaches into the bag. What sort of horrors await him?]

[ loki always appreciates the little tricks. and with taako's luck, he picks out some gummy bacon. what joy! ]

Hmm, not bad.

[He snerks at the sight of gummy bacon and turns it over in his hands. This is honestly one of the weirdest things he's ever seen. Alien candy is weird as hell.]

Taako's luck holds out!

[So what did Loki pick out? Looks like he picked out one of the Caprine's gumball eyes! He laughs a little.]

You know, the point of this is to try the candy, but I really feel like you should put an illusion spell on that and give it to Thor. Watch that thing roll about in his head.

That sounds perfect, actually.

[ loki could easily stick it in thor's eye socket. ]

[He laughs again and rubs his hands together. As much as he'd love to see Loki rock on out of here with fluorescent pink hair, the prospect of playing a trick on Thor with Loki is just too good.

The elf grins and gives his captain a mini salute.]

I'm happy to be of service, Captain. Just make sure to clue me in when it happens so I can watch the fallout.

[ it would be a quick fix for him anyway. And Loki played that same trick on Cloud when he first came here. ]

[He likes Thor. He likes him a lot. But he doesn't like him enough to deprive himself of entertainment - sorry Thor.

The grin on Taako's face grows wider.]

And broadcast it? Or just keep it as a special record and put it on loop for him anytime he comes by?

I haven't decided yet.

[ it depends on how thor reacts and how loki feels. very important factors when it comes to making decisions. ]

[Capricious gods, he's used to those.

Taako shrugs and then drops the gummy bacon into his bag. It's not a candy he's seen before and if it's gross, he's not going to eat it in front of the guy who just gave it to him.]

[He grins and gives Loki a salute with his costume plastic scythe.]

But since you're repurposing your treat, would you like another?

[He offers the bowl again with a smile.]

[ loki dips his hand into the bowl once more. ]

[And he'll come back with a decently sized bar of dark chocolate!]

King of the gacha pulls today, aren't ya?

[dothelokimotion]

[ his eyes light up briefly. ]

I do not know what that is, but I do appreciate having good luck.

[abracafcku]

A gacha pull? Basically a blind box where you get something without looking.

[And destroy an artificer's life in the process when you resolutely refuse to do the gacha correctly and slowly chip away at his sanity.]

Good good. I'm off to see if any other poor unfortunate souls are bereft of candy this evening.

[He snerks as he remembers he's dressed as the Grim Reaper.]

Do give me a ring whenever you hand that eye off to Thor, huh?
