It's time for a spooky candy-filled drift, Flooters! And because no Halloween is complete without a few tricks...a mini player plot! If you'd rather just have a normal mingle, feel free to ignore it and tag about as normal!

On the Iskaulit for interested parties there are a few bowls of candy gathered from all the ships. It's a random assortment! The bowls are left in high traffic areas and they can be moved about, so feel free to say your character ran into the bowl wherever you like! Even in the bathroom? Who knows! Fancy hotels do it, so why not the Fleet.

Upon consuming candy taken from the bowl however, the character will have their hair or skin temporarily change color to something not their natural shade. This is a harmless illusion spell and can last anywhere from 1 to 8 hours - player's choice! What colors? Also player's choice! Want to go mauve for the day? Sure! Blue and green? Go for it! Rainbow glitter? Why not?

This is a completely harmless spell though, so while it looks like they've changed colors, it is not a real physical change. After a few hours, the effects wear off and everything is back to normal. Happy Halloween♥

[Oh, hey, Taako's facetwin. Ever so helpfully re-upping the enchanted candy. Eugene looks up from his scrutiny of the curly blue ombre, which now spans sparkling navy to lavender, and gives a low laugh.]

What can I say, it's a pretty fun effect. I take it we have you to thank?

[She flashes him a grin, spinning the empty bowl between her hands before calling forth a spectral Mage Hand to carry it away to a different table.]

Hey. I can't speak for anyone else, but this is the most fun I've had eating candy in years.

[Even if his personal journey getting out of the green shades is going to mean the mother of all stomachaches tomorrow.]

[She lifts off her hat for a flourishing bow. Taako, she's assuming? Unless word got around from something else.]

Taako told me to give you a hard time. Though I heard that planetside you really put the hurt on some guys the arenas, so I'm not sure Taako actually has my best interests at heart, here.

[She snorts. Of course he did.]

I put the hurt on guys in the arena, yeah- when they were paying me to do it. 'Course, if you want to start a fight, I won't have any problems finishing it.

[And she doesn't make it sound like she'd go easy in a fight, either, no matter how many legs her opponent has. It's all whimsical, though, no real aggression. All tooootally theoretical.]

[By the time she's offering he's already holding his hands up in the universal sign for 'nuh uh, nope, we're cool,' though the crooked grin hasn't quite left his face.]

As awesome as the ratings bump would be from a wizard wiping the floor with me, I'm gonna have to pass.

[She shares his grin, though, setting her hat back in place.]

No offense, but I wouldn't dream of putting you on the same level as Taako, certainly not before seeing what you can do. I wouldn't even be so bold as to say that of myself! What I mean is, he likes to talk about food. Having something in common is kind of important if you want to play nice with that one.

[That, or be able to suck up and praise him the way that he likes. That can work too.]
