001 video and action

Marsiva
[Lord Akeldama had woken not long before. He didn't feel quite like himself. He couldn't tell what was doing it more: the strange pain in the back of his head or the fact that he had essentially been ripped from his territory.

It was... different still somehow than it normally would have been.

He didn't necessarily feel like trying out this new gadget they had been given just yet so he stood by the large window looking into the blackness of space. He had always looked at it from the ground. This is what it looked like up close]


First Breath
[All of this moving around was not doing the vampire any good. Didn't they know that a vampire needed his territory in order to be settled. First one ship and now another. This was most inconvenient.

Hopefully, the moving between ships had stopped. He needed a few days to settle in, for his head to accept this ship has "his territory". He'd do better once that happens.

However, this other ship seemed to be more to his liking. The style wasn't quite what he'd do with his own house, but it was close enough and he wasn't going to scoff at it. So much better than that other ship.

So rather sitting alone in that tiny room they called a cabin, Lord Akeldama made his way to kitchen, sitting quietly by himself for the moment]


Isakulit
[Finally feeling more the thing, Lord Akeldama decided to go exploring this ship called "the Iskaulit". It certainly looked like there was more space there than on the other ships. He was right about that and was quite happy to go exploring, to see what sort of spaces there were available to the Fleeters.

He's probably not too subtle, dressed in plum colored evening jacket, gold waistcoat, high heeled boots, and a cravat of a different shade of purple that still seemed to compliment both the waistcoat and the jacket]

[Lord Akeldama has found himself a rather pleasing looking spot to make his post. It wouldn't do to have it look poorly behind him after]

Good afternoon, fellow passengers of this thing called "the Fleet". As I understand it, we are all trapped this positively wonderful place as part of a farce. Am I correct in this assessment? Is there anything else that I should know?

[Hux walked by and had to do a double take as he spotted the unfamiliar face in it's outrageous outfit of bold colors. He blinked a bit before he remembered his manners. The person must be one of the new arrivals.]

Sir, do you need any help?

[He offered, wondering if the person was trying to find a particular place or person. Or just information in general.]

[How was it so painfully obvious that he was new? Like no one had ever seen a vampire in brightly colored clothing before...

Not that Lord Akeldama was really going to complain. He did like attention]

Thank you so much for asking, my dear. I don't believe there is anything specific I needed assistance with, but anything you be so kind as to offer I would appreciate. This is my first time venturing here.

[For Hux this was completely new for him. He had never seen anyone so brightly colored. He was used to the cold colors that the First Order had to offer or the bright orange that the Resistance sported.]

That is a perhaps is a broad area to cover. Perhaps, we can narrow down the subject? Do you have any questions that would be your top priority of asking?

[Hux carefully arrived. He noted the similar accent that the other had, but it was no where near the stiff way his people spoke.]

[If he continues to hang around Akeldama, he'll get used to more bright colors. Black is not a color he wears.

He pauses a moment to think about what is high priority. Everything was a valid answer for him, but...]

The establishments on this ship. They belong to other crew of the Fleet?

I believe that it seems to be a mixture. Some of the crew end up running the establishments where the rest aren't. I think you can form your own as well, but that I am uncertain of.

Fascinating. I was not aware that the opportunity to do such a thing existed in circumstances such as this.

[He glances around at the different venues]

I would be loathe to participate in trade myself, but if others do, then I cannot disapprove.

I suppose they want to allow more entertainment for our ever watching audience.

[Hux replied in annoyance more at the fact that they are entertainment then toward the other.]

If you want to earn more money then that would be the thing to do.

Hmm... that is possible. If they are supposedly watching all the time, I would have said it was boring, but once I am back on a normal schedule, I won't be up for before sundown.

But what could I possibly trade in? I lack the ability to be creative anymore or the desire to do it. Unless someone wants to trade in secrets.

[He says this as if he's joking and waves the closed fan in his hand as though dismissing the idea... but it is the one true thing he CAN do]

I suppose I could help with fashion advice. It does so seem to be lacking here...

Secrets are always beneficial....

[Hux replied understanding how valuable knowing your enemies secrets were. Although the advice of fashion he would have to disagree on. He found nothing more flattering then a well fitted crisp uniform.]

You are dealing with people from different worlds and culture.

That they are. One can always find a use for secrets.

[To be fair, uniforms were a different matter. While not entirely flattering, they were required by design for the position and functionality within said position. So while a uniform may not have included all the necessary accoutrements to proper, it was fine the way it was]

I am aware, but still. Wrong color choices, unflattering cuts, it's all too much to bear.
