[Sora is an islander, and because of that he's not really equipped to deal with snow. He seems to have found a couple of jackets and a beanie that makes his hair stick out in odd ends and is tolerating it for now. Despite the cold, he seems pretty excited by being in this world, buzzing with a kind of pleasant energy.]


I found out we can go hunting here! Who wants to go with me to hunt a big animal? Oh, maybe a bear?! If they even have bears here.

Are bears a thing here?

I mean it, though! It would be a ton of fun, living off the land, seeking out a nice big haul for the people here, selling it and making everyone happy! I just....

Uh... I might need a bit of help making sure I don't freeze to death? So who wants to go??

[Aww, that's precious. She'd been planning on taking a hunting trip anyway, just to keep herself occupied for a while, so keeping a small child alive feels like a slightly more noble goal.]

Most of the stuff I've hunted are giant monsters. A bear can't be worse than that, can it?

Mostly I've just hunted monsters. Never animals for food before.

Well, if you want to hunt for food, bear might not be your best option. They can be kinda gamey and the flavour's not consistent when you cook it. Definitely more of a challenge than deer, though!

I could probably start with a deer, if it would make people happier.

[She can at least make sure he's properly equipped. The weapon's her main concern for now though- being warm won't help him any if he picks a fight with a bear and lacks the ability to actually hurt it.]

I get that, Captian. I'm from an island so the cold is really hard to get used to.

[He holds up a low powered weapon. Powerful enough to kill an animal, but less likely to backfire.] I bought this! One of the guys in town said it would be perfect for hunting.

That's a relief. I find it much easier to hunt as a wolf rather than as a human.

It's been a long time since I had four legs, but I know how much faster you can run with them, so I get it.

Well, I am rather small and sandy-colored, with a white throat and black along my spine.
