Any number of things... Healing, in theory, though I've never been much good at it. Freezing, telekinesis, lighting... there are less offensive spells, of course, but most of my practical experience has been with those.

[ The process really is much the same. He places a hand to his chest to extract the power, then holds her shoulder while placing the magic to her forehead and gently returning it to its rightful owner. ]

[ Steffa lets out a deep sigh of relief as the feeling of her magic washes back through her, like a numb limb finally regaining feeling. ]
