[There's a bunch of noise and static before people see a cat paw clawing at the screen and a curious meow coming from it. Eventually the screen becomes less blurry as they see an up close view of an orange tabby kitten trying to chew the top corner of the data pad.

There's some noise in the background of someone taking apart a heavy metal piece. That quickly stops and there's some clanking as tools are placed down and a wary sigh follows.]

Millicent! What did I say about leaving that alone?! You have your own toys to play with.

[The feed is abruptly turned off as a gloved hand picks up the orange tabby and pockets the device.]

[It took a second for Hux to remember who this person was. He was the one he helped who wore very bright colored clothing. The clothing he wore today helped prove his statement.]

I apologize for the intrusion that Millicent has caused. I've never owned a pet....nor am I familiar with her species.

You haven't? Well, my dear, that is a cat. A house cat to be precise. Usually independent, but can be quite demanding when they feel it is right. I have been the caretaker to several in my considerable lifetime. The latest, Madame Pudgemuffin, is sadly not here with me.

Yes, I am learning that much. She had successfully knocked down the majority of the tools with in her reach to get my attention. The cat is quite common where you are from?

Oh well, clearly you weren't giving her what she wanted. At least that is her thought on the matter. Quite a common behavior for cats. Why yes, cats are quite popular. Many houses have them. They are good for catching vermin and the like. Those that are not spoiled. Mine for example can't attack anything more dangerous than a pillow tassel, but it has never been something I desired of her.
