Arrival time
Who: Lea and YOU
Broadcast: Yes
Action: On the Tourist
When: After calibrations/a few days after
Broadcast
[After waking up in what is apparently his new room, he spends only enough time to figure out if he's some sort of prisoner before he decides he can just sort of ask people what is up here. Because yeah he's gotten some explanations but it's one thing to show up right when there's dream rooms and then suddenly arriving here. Like nothing happened.
And so there's a red head on the screen.]
Hey, so should I be expecting the waking up in different places every few days thing to happen all the time? Because that's one I can do without. Weird though it might be I like having a consistent place to sleep in.
[He shrugs and smiles.]
Anyway, the name's Lea. Looks like I'm stuck here now and I got assigned to be on the Tourist.
[He fishes some extra confetti out of his hair.]
Nice greeting though. Buuuuut I'm not volunteering for clean up.
Tourist
[And then it's time for him to make himself familiar with his new ship. He's been on ships in the past when visiting other worlds but this one has a different layout. Almost like he's in some kind of maze based on how cramped it feels. Though he appreciates the high ceilings. That's a bonus when you're tall.
But expect him to poke his head in basically every room at least once. You can't get to know a place if you don't at least see what's in a room, you know. And maybe he's a bit nosy too. It's a bad habit of his, one he's never really bothered to break.
Just don't mind that he looks almost suspicious being a guy in a long black trench coat though. He's fine. Really.]
Iskaulit
[Honestly the same happens with Iskaulit. If he sees a door then he pokes his nose in. Though in this case it's more because he's finding that there's so much going on that it's easier to become lost. Sure he could focus the whole attack stuff he remembers going on but honestly? He's going to keep himself out of trouble until he knows what is going on. That world order stuff that he's been learning about. He doesn't know what goes on with this one yet and he's been disarmed.
It's crazy.
But yeah. He's a little lost on such a big ship and so the best way to get unlost is to start memorizing landmarks. Shipmarks in this case. So please don't mind him as he goes poking his nose around here too. He's just curious.]

You know, for a guy named Lea you look a lot like a guy named Axel I met once. [But honestly, she doens't entirely expect him to have an explanation for that because, well, sometimes people just look like other people and they're not. It's one of the charmingly bizarre things about this life.]

[He taps his head and smiles.]
Got it memorized?
[He shrugs after that.]
It's a long story. Seriously, I can barely keep it straight and I'm the guy having to live it.

Guess we're starting over. So, I'm Lea. And you are...?

Axel! Er, sorry, Lea! I can't believe you're here!
no subject
[Did Sora just...trip? Is that him...on the floor?]
Yoooou okay there, Sora? And yeah. I'm definitely here.
no subject
I can't believe it. You're the first person I've seen from home for a long time.
Where are you? Which ship?
no subject
The Tourist. Guess I'm a Communications Officer now or something like that.

Hey, Lea. Name's The Iron Bull. Try the pudding, though. The chocolate's not half bad.
no subject
Horny kind of guy, huh?
[Yeah. He couldn't stop himself. Anyway...]
I'm all for some chocolate pudding. It's not sea salt ice cream but I'm not gonna complain.
no subject
[Do you really want to get this guy started, Lea?]
Ice cream's supposed to be sweet. There's something messed up about sea salt.
no subject
[Yes. Apparently he does want to start this. He's in this now.]
Now, see...that's where you're missing things, Iron Bull. It's salty AND sweet. In all the right ways.

Nah, you just showed up at a weird time. You should be waking up in the same bed every day now. I mean, you know, as long as you don't fall asleep anywhere else.
no subject
[He can live with what's going on right now. At least until he can figure out how to get back.]
I can deal with weird at least. That's pretty normal for me.

Le Tourist
He looked up when Lea's head appeared in all its spiked, fiery glory, and smiled. ]
Are you my new crew member then?
no subject
Well, he can say he's actually see weirder so he'll roll with it and smile with a wave.]
So that's what's behind this door. You should put labels around until I get this memorized.
[He'll lean further in and over a waver.]
The name's Lea. I'm your new Communications Officer or something like that. Can't say that's ever really been my style but I figure I can make it work.
no subject
Or one can try knocking.
[ He raised a brow, but otherwise didn't seem bothered by the situation. ]
Don't know that Atroma is ever to concerned with our personal styles, but glad to have you aboard.
[ He closed the book and stood up, motioning for Lea to come further in even as he held out his hand, the slug riding the motions easily on his shoulder. ]
James Tiberius Kirk, but feel free to call me Jim. I'm the Captain and an Engineer. And this is Azul.
[ He nodded his cheek toward his slug with a little smile, the feelers twitching in Lea's directly, lazily curious. ]

He just sits where he is and stares, waiting for an explanation for the interruption. Hi Lea, meet your friendly shipmate.]
no subject
[He's rather used to dealing with not so friendly types. Which means he just gives a big a smile and a wave at the guy in the room.]
Well, I'll go look to see who lives in the other rooms and leave you to your brooding. Bye?
[Yeah... He's going to just peace out now. This is just a little bit awkward for his tastes.]
no subject
You new on the ship?
[ Could just be visiting. If he's an actual newcomer, that's definitely worth knowing. ]
