[Video/Action] Welcome to Walküre World~!
Who: Mikumo Guynemer and you! (Yes, even you!)
Broadcast: Oh yes
Action: Red Fish
When: 3/9
Action the Red Fish
[Finding herself on a strange ship would probably worry Mikumo, but... she's not really that kind of girl. Her life is just not normal. Besides, she has a feeling that she knows where she is. Sort of.
It's not either of the ships she was on the first time she was here, nor is it the big ship she spent a few days on before being moved. It's new, but the confetti and the faux-pudding cups are a clue. The idol just shakes her hair free of the brightly colored paper and starts to look around the ship.]
Hm, it looks as if someone let Messer decorate the walls. How interesting.
[As she walks down the halls, she trails a hand down the walls. Nothing comes away, but that doesn't mean she isn't a bit surprised.
She stops at a mess of paper that looks as if it is telling some secret to the many little dials around the ship and points when she sees one that leads to the residences.]
My, my. This would make visiting others so much easier.
Video
[Mikumo eventually ends up in her private room on the ship, the Red Fish and she pulls out her communicator. She waggles her fingers playfully before blowing a kiss at the screen.]
Well, hello, people of the Fleet. It's so lovely to be back here. Tell me, have I missed any venues? I see about this memory sharing thing that's happened again, but I suppose it's a good thing I missed that. I don't have many to share with you.

Besides, he likes plants. He can't be that bad.]
Thank you... Vision, yes?
[Her expression falls a bit before she bounces back with a smile.]
I suppose it was bound to happen. Well, no matter. I'll just have to make the next one even better. Did Kaname perform then?
no subject
Actually, I couldn't say - I was asleep for a great deal of it. So I've still yet to see your particular brand of performance. I hope we'll get the chance?
no subject
[And there is nothing wrong with being on the Twin Roses. She only left to be with her friends from home.]
Oh. That's boring. However, I'm sure that the both of us can think of something when we get the chance. [She shrugs a bit.] It won't be exactly like what we've done back home, but unless we get the rest of our group, I'm sure that will remain the case.

[His lips twitch into a smile, remembering something she'd said when they'd first met.]
Especially if it has an effect on a more mundane disease, though that's by no means a requirement.
no subject
[Speaking about the Var is always not a fun thing, but she's sure that others feel differently. At least as far as interest goes.]
However, I would be more than happy to invite you to any performance I give.

[The search for a cure for Makie's tuberculosis continues.]
Very good. Now, have you been caught up on everything you wished to know?
no subject
[Tuberculosis is curable... Check historical documents?]
I'm not at all sure what I should know. Everyone's outlook on things is so different that I could hear a million varied stories and it still not be everything. Is there anything you think I should know?
no subject
[He's hoping for something a little faster than traditional antibiotics, but they're a world better than the 'no treatment at all' she'd had back home.]
Hmm. There have as always been arrivals and departures. Ah, were you here when the Wonderduck crashed into the Starstruck?
no subject
No, I don't think so. No one was hurt, I hope. That sounds terrible.
[She really had no good thoughts about the Atroma, but to allow such a travesty to happen means that her opinion of them lower even more.]
I suppose this is what I get for not staying here.
no subject
[Because in the real world (which is to say, his own timeline at least, when two ships crash together they make a huge explosion. They do not combine into a new ship.]
This is, I believe, the third time this sort of thing has happened.
no subject
Because that's all that they appear to be concerned with, their own comfort. I'm not even sure that the "viewers" we have care about our own.
no subject
[He has his theories, but they all lack evidence. It's very frustrating.]
I do wish they'd interact with us somewhat more frequently so we could better identify their motives, but then, I suppose that is one reason they might not.
no subject
[It's something she'd thought about a bit when she was there before, but it hadn't been something she'd ever voiced before today.]
I would rather they kept their distance, honestly. The letters and such from the people watching are a bit much, but if they were visible to everyone and they made themselves more known, wouldn't some of the more violent people here try and hurt them? Perhaps that's why they stay away.
no subject
Oh, that's entirely likely. Then again, if they bothered to communicate with us, some of us would surely develop more sympathy for them and their cause: there are just as many of us who would try to understand and see the other person's point of view, I think. Without any explanation, we can see so little of their motives it becomes difficult.
no subject
And should they attempt to communicate, I imagine that there would be a lot of yelling and threats along side those trying to learn their motives. I doubt they care what we think, considering how many times they ignore things that are going wrong for us. [She might have missed quite a few of them, but she can read.]
no subject
Oh, that was always the case with Diamond and Beau, but they seemed unconcerned with us. I hear it was their own people who blew them up in the end, though, so perhaps they were right to ignore us.
no subject
[Not that she cares about it. It helps, sure, but she doesn't really see the need to hoard it the way some do.]
You know, the more I hear about the Atroma, the less appealing they become. Turning on your own...vile.
no subject
I certainly agree there. [But he's been wary of criticizing them on public channels, so he'll say no more at this time.]
Regardless, it's good to hear your voice again.
no subject
[Pride and ego come to mind. She's resolved to never be used by anyone ever again without her permission. And with the death of a certain entire royal family, she's secure in the knowledge that she's basically her own mistress now.]
Thank you. I'm glad to find that everyone is still around and doing okay. That's not always certain here, I know.
no subject
[Pride. Ego. Ambition, which often comes as a result of the other two, and a fear of losing power already accumulated. All come at the expense of respect for life, and all are things he fights against with his entire being.]
We've been fortunate there, yes. I hope we continue to be so.
no subject
And what do you have planned, Vision? Are you going to keep taking care of the plants on the Twin Roses or are you looking forward to something else?
no subject
I will, of course, continue my duties on the Twin Roses, including taking care of the garden. I do always like to add new plants for each system we visit, so there is that investigation to continue. Aside from that?
[He shrugs, still smiling.] Make a life for myself.
no subject
Healthily.]
So you are adding to it? Have you received any "gifts" from those who watch our daily struggles?
no subject
I've not received any sponsor gifts, thankfully, but I do have a new pine shrub from Libuscha IV - it produces a fragrant oil in its seeds that has interesting analgesic properties. It felt appropriate to the winter holiday season.
no subject
You know, not all sponsor gifts are bad. Maybe someone will consider sending you one. To go with your shrubbery.
