Who: the Vision and YOU
Broadcast: Video
Action: On Lyndia
When: Video is now, action through the duration of the system
[Video Broadcast]
[The video clicks on to a tunnel opening up to a spectacular cavern with what looks like a lava waterfall, casting an orange-red light onto the surroundings even though it's fairly distant. After a good long moment, the view swings back to the tunnel where a few sparkling rocks are embedded in the gray stone walls.]
I'm pleased to report that one can indeed find diamonds down in the lower mines, though they tend to appear rather close to lava flows. I'd advise caution if you'd like to seek them out, but I am reliably told the natives will craft them into a number of tools for you if you can acquire them.
[There's a brief hissing sound from behind the camera, and he quickly sets it down. The sounds of a scuffle and a high-pitched screech are heard, and after a moment he picks it back up again.]
Ah, and do watch out for the cave spiders if you traverse this deep. They're rather large.
[Action throughout the month]
[The Vision doesn't spend all of his time looking for underground treasures, of course. This is a great planet for some flying, especially when it means checking out some staggeringly giant trees and looking for novel fruits to bring home for testing, or gathering wood for various construction projects. There's also all of the neat tech to be found in the populated areas underground, so he can also be found shopping for upgrades, new media for the library, spare parts, and of course creature comforts. Maybe they even have some donut powder! And since it's been so very long, he can even be found at the water park wearing a ridiculous little yellow Speedo and looking like he's thoroughly enjoying the screaming crowds of young people on inflatable tubes.
Lastly, for those few who might remember, his birthday was officially set as May 16th last time he was in the Fleet, and it's quickly approaching....]

He smiles a bit at Kurt's response. "The perils of having hair. There is at least decent quality conditioner here, Wanda says, so I'll be sure to pick up some extra next time I shop." He'd never really gotten out of the habit of stocking up on supplies for the ship, even things he can't or doesn't personally use. What else is he going to spend all those credits on, now that the ship is more or less fully upgraded?
He leads the way to one of the tube rides, a dual-seater called the 'Flooded Mine' with tubes that look like figure-eights. It's a covered tunnel ride that occasionally opens up to show riders screaming in delight down a long flume. The attendant doesn't seem to see anything strange about the skin colors of the riders except to note that they're tourists. Amazing.
"Are you ready?"

He's all too happy to move on from the topic, chuckling his agreement. "Ah, good to know; mine's nearly gone. Let me go with you then, yes? I'll put in half, seems only fair considering how much of it I go through." In light of his conversation with Remy, this one seems almost surreal. He's been familiar with duplicity at a fairly young age, and yet he still finds it jarring to reconcile the person who thinks nothing of picking up supplies that he doesn't need with one who Remy thought would leave him to die.
Kurt's still mulling over it as they walk, keeping enough attention on the present to not run into anyone. Thankfully this also means he doesn't start when Vision asks if he's ready, though he does pause a moment to consider the tube they're expected to use. "..We're supposed to be sharing that, or?"

Also, he likes it when Wanda's hair is smooth, silky, and not a frizzy static mess.
"Yes. The lighter person is supposed to be in the front, but as I can change my density at will we can ride in whichever configuration you'd prefer." A pair of youths whips past as they go down the slide, screaming in glee. "I think you should be able to keep your tail up?"

His eyes flick up when the pair rush past, tracking them until they vanish beyond a curve. The set of his jaw relaxes, the only bit that had tensed up, and he flicks his tail in a gesture much akin to a shrug. "I was intending to wrap it around my leg either way. Less chance of it hitting a wall." Which he does as he moves to gracefully settle into the front of the tube, if a little gingerly. He's not entirely certain the tube won't pop.

Luckily, the tube seems to be well-made, and the Vision settles in the back according to the instructional pictures. The attendant waves them to go, and they're off! The ride is unexpectedly thrilling (despite how excited the other rides look), and more than once the Vision finds himself laughing aloud (and occasionally getting water in his mouth as he does) as they zip down the tunnel. It's...like flying, but anyone can do it.
When they splash down into the holding pool, he recovers the tube and pulls them out of the way of the next riders, grinning in a way Kurt's probably not seen before, or at least not often. "Well. That was a delight."
