[Kaname's already in the city, sitting at a table in a cafe by the looks of it. She grins at the camera to address the two of them.]

I've sent my location, and I'll be waiting for you two here. It's been too long since we've had a fun girl's day out all together. I'll be here until noon, and yes, Mirage, you can consider this an order if you'd really like to.

[It's not often Kaname does that, so it's telling that she's determined for them to have fun.]

[The public broadcast has her in the same same cafe not long after her call to her friends. She sets aside her drink (it looks like a smoothie) to smile at the feed.]

Since there are so many things to do here, I'd like some help narrowing it down for a day. What's been your favorite so far, or what's on your list to try? No options are off the table yet.

Thinking about it, this seems like an optimal place to get various things to decorate the ships more. If it weren't for some failsafes, I'd swear it would be so easy to get lost in this city. Maybe another day.

[Kaname reaches over and turns off the broadcast. It's not much, but it's been a while since she's addressed everyone at large. Now she simply settles back to enjoy the atmosphere and wait.]

[On the 14th around noon, Kaname simply sends him the saved picture of her IOU card from Valentine's day.]

Just after six, he arrives at the location provided, dressed to impress. At least, he hopes so. He rolled the sleeves of his shirt on the way, annoyed with how to cuffs pulled against his bracelet.

He stops long enough to locate her.]

[Said location is clearly an upscale restaurant, judging by the state of people entering and exiting the building. Soon enough, a man holds the door open and Kaname exits to meet Prompto. She's in an unfamiliar yellow dress with a white shawl to cover her shoulders. Stopping in front of him, she smiles, almost shyly.]

Hi. I hope you're okay with something like this.

Yeah. It's cool.

[He figured it would be something like this, given the text. That's why he's wearing the tie, and could pull the jacket from the armiger if he has to.

He isn't totally comfortable in fancy places - the fanciest he got back home was extra cheese on his Kenny burger - but this would be fun!

He moves to greet her properly. (That means a kiss.)]

I'm glad. [Greeted properly, Kaname's smile softens as she moves to stand beside him. Her arm slips around his in the traditional way, and she nods for them to head into the building, door held by the doorman.]

Thank you. Right back at you, too. [Walking in, she tilts her head so only he can hear her.]

This might have been an excuse to see you all dressed up again.

[And he is. He may feel out of his depth all gussied up in a place like this, but it's worth it.]

So what's on the agenda?

Dinner for starters. [Someone swoops in to politely guide them to an elevator which opens at a surprisingly well timed moment. The pair get on, the guide pressing a button and exiting.

Once in, Kaname nudges him lightly.]

I already ordered for us. Let's see how well I know your tastes by now.

[He waits until the guide is gone before commenting.] Fancy.

[Part of that guy's job was to press a button for them. Amazing.]

I'm sure it'll be great. How'd you find this place?

It is. [Kaname hums in thought for a moment.] I actually came across it by accident. Reviews I found were all exceptional, so I figured why not try it out.

[She releases his arm and steps away.]

They might want you to start out with a jacket on. Humor me for a little? [A small, hopeful smile crosses her face.]

I was afraid of that. [He sighs dramatically, smiling, but whips out the jacket in a flash of crystal light. Sleeves were one thing. But a jacket is just ... sleeves on top of sleeves!] But I came prepared!

[He slides the jacket on works on the buttons.]

[Kaname giggles to herself, then steps closer again to help with that.]

You look very handsome. [Finished, she gives him a quick kiss before stepping to the side as the elevator reaches its floor.

Her arm is offered to him again.]

Heh. Thanks. [Buttoned up and ready to go! He takes her arm and steps out with her. He leans in close to whisper.]

Am I gonna have to remember what all the forks do?

[Hey look, she has no objections to this, okay. Everyone is determined to make her have fun and gosh dangit, it looks like it's going to happen either way so...

Honestly she starts looking forward to this from the moment of Kaname's first message so she arrives without Mikumo dragging her here or anything!

Mirage! [The singer's almost startled by her friend's timely appearance. With a smile, she gestures to the chair across from her at the table.]

I just ordered some food a few minutes ago. Please join me.

[Mirage's brows raise in curiosity as she does as bid and sits.]

What did you order?

An omelet. You're welcome to share with me if you'd like. It's more than enough for us both.

[You know, given the size of the animals on the surface.]

Actually, it'd be enough for Mikumo as well...

[Her eyes widen.]

... I can't imagine the sort of omelet you'd end up with here then.

[But then again she's about to get visual proof, isn't she.]

I imagine the kind made from oversized eggs, given our current environment up top.

[Kaname flags down a waiter to get a drink for Mirage.]

[Although Rose wasn't one to be social before, recent events have made her a bit happier to be in the Fleet. As disappointed as she is to not be at home, she can't deny that there's something charming about being on this planet.]

Decorations do sound nice. I must admit; I miss the plants I had taken aboard the Red Fish. Perhaps I can find a replacement here.

[Since she's coming now, she'll find him exactly where he said he'd be- near the entrance of one of the massive underground malls, staring down a large display map of the area. It's... not a very well-designed map, with unclear directions and flashy advertisements drawing the eye away from what is, quite frankly, a disgusting number of available stores. He's glaring at it, as if menacing it long enough will force it to show him the right place to go for what he's searching for.

If she saw him this morning, she might also notice that he's wearing a different outfit than what he'd started out in, too.]

[She just chuckles a little. Kaname's spent enough time with socially and emotionally stunted people (see above thread) that she knows how to handle them. This seems to her like an attempt at socialization.]

I've come across a few. I'd be more than happy to take a trip with you if you'd like. I'm sure Umbra and Pryna would like the exercise as well.

[It is. He knows how to talk to around 15 people in a non-formal situation and so is a little out of his element when it comes to asking people to hang out. The fact that she's a girl makes things slightly more awkward, but at least she's taken and there's no danger of any outing being construed as a date.]
