Hi everybody! Ino, captain of the SS Three Twins, if we haven't met already.

[ Not, you know, that Aaron loser who was pretending to be her awhile ago. Gosh. B( ]

--Just a few things ... !

First of all, it seems like everyone is making decent headway on repairs, but is there anyone who's in dire need of some parts that hasn't gotten them yet? Let me know, I'll see what I can do about getting something sent your way.

Secondly ... well, I know not all of you were here for it when it happened, but the reason we're stuck on this little station and not somewhere cooler is because we were attacked by some sort of enemy forces. Nobody was hurt too badly, but the ships themselves weren't so lucky. Unfortunately we're still pretty in the dark about who they were or what the point of the whole thing was, but that doesn't mean we can't do anything about it!

That being said, there are two important things we need to work on. The first being making sure everyone on every ship at least has a little bit of experience with every possible augment. Between your crews you guys should be able to teach each other the basics! And, of course, if you're missing some and don't know who to look to for information, let me know, or ask around. Or, if you happen to have one of the rarer augments, feel free to volunteer here! After all, knowing what to do in a situation of distress is crucial!

And the other thing being, we really need to work on, you know, our actual plans in case we get attacked again. Teamwork, strategy, that sort of thing. Once all the ships are up in the air again I think it'd be a good idea to run some practice formations and stuff like that, so we can easily communicate what needs to be done to get out of a situation like that safely if it happens again. Since, you know, there's a pretty good chance it might!

Any thoughts? Other captains? Other people? Of course, my crew doesn't really get a choice.

We were just talking about what happened when she put out that message about using your med bay for anyone who was injured in the attack ...

She was saying she was worried about what might happen if we got attacked again, so I asked her what she thought we should do about it.

[There's a pause, then he exhales in relief. It had taken him a bit to reach the med bay after she sent out that message, so...probably meant she talked to Ino before she talked to him. ]

...Ah. Good.

She approached me about this idea before, and I didn't agree with some of it- but it sounds like she talked to you about it first. Nothing wrong with that...I was just jumping to conclusions.

Ah, not the cross training! That's a great idea! But the part about attempting to coordinate multiple ships at once right now...it just seems like a lot of people can barely work with their own crewmates, let alone entire other crews at the same time.

Yeah, you're probably right.

I don't have any intention of trying to coordinate everyone, though -- there's no way that would happen smoothly. I just figured if I brought up the idea people might take to it and try to work with the people they know to get started.

Mm, right. Hopefully a few will do that. And maybe even more might once we're thrown into more serious danger. [In other words, when people start dying. Which is cynical as all hell, but pretty much what it was in the castle. Don't give a damn until a body turns up.]

I'm hoping it won't have to come to that.

If nothing else, I've found bribes of food and money works very well. Alcohol and cigarettes too, though I rather save those for more dire situations.

Possibly! I'd have to talk to Kairi about that. She's already so busy cooking for our crew. And, ah, she seems to have more of a...social life than Ludger did?

Well -- I'd guess for now have to borrow someone's, but we're working on that ...

I just meant I can help put the ingredients together and stuff. It's not like I forgot how to cook 'cause I'm not a cook.

What's taking so long to get upgrades? Do you need money?
