Hello. I'm Allen Walker, first mate and one of the medics aboard the SS Blue Fish. I know there's been a lot of new faces, so it's nice to meet you all- sorry you got dragged into this.

[He clears his throat] Anyway a few quick things today.

First of all, I know many of you have been busy with securing engineering parts for the ships, but the clinics are still looking for supply donations. If you have anything you can donate to the clinic in regards to medicine or basic supply, I would be happy to pay you. [He links a supply list] If you're looking for specifics for ideas, I have some requests in that attachment. And if you like to make some supply requests of your own, you can do that as well too.

Second, it seems we've acquired a great deal of doctors, medics and healers. Welcome aboard! If it's possible, I would like to meet you so I can get to know of your capabilities and what resources you might need. Thank you!

And last of all, for anyone interested Dr. Crusher and I are offering lessons in first aid. Even if you have a medic on your ship, it's good to know these things just in case of emergencies. If you were assigned as a lab assistant but have no prior medical experience, I highly encourage you to come so we can make sure you're properly prepared. If anyone is interested, please contact me! And oh yes, there will be food.

Just some of the drugs I had never seen before. Like at the beginning of the month, when the augments went funky and Beverly collapsed, I had to give her something I hadn't seen before. We have painkillers and med kits - first aid kits - but some of the equipment was a little above what was on our island. But... it is an island and it's pretty isolated, so I guess that isn't much of a surprise.

Honestly, this stuff is a little different from what I'm used to using too. If it wasn't for the augment, I'd imagine I'd be lost too.

But don't worry, I'll make sure to cover everything you need to know for first aid.

Mmm. How was the medicine in your world? Besides your friends hitting cars with swords and royalty, I don't know much about it.

[She gives him a little salute.]

Aye, sir. I'm looking forward to it.

[there's a small laugh] Ah- that wasn't my homeworld, just a place I stayed for a long time. My world was...much less advanced than this place.

[And w-wow actually getting called sir. That's probably the first time that's ever happened. It catches him off guard, and he ends up having to clear his throat trying to cover that]

Um- g-good! That's the spirit!

Oh, right, you mentioned you stayed someplace for awhile. What did you have back home, then?

[Oh Allen, she was kidding a bit. She laughs, trying to cover it but failing.]

[His cheeks turn the slightest bit of pink at the laughter, feeling a bit embarrassed. BUT...he'll answer that question]

...Not much, really. The Order had some top of the line equipment- X-Ray machines and ability to do some surgeries. Nothing compared to the things here. There were a few that had healing magic too which is incredible since that's very rare in my world. Though...the magic they used also would shorten the caster's lifespan.

[Which. Might be why it's so rare]

Outside the Order...it's even less unless you have money. [He shrugs. He never went until he met Cross- he never had the money. It was lucky he never got ill with anything too serious.]

I'm afraid I'm no expert on the subject though about home. I didn't start studying medicine until I was in Paradisa.

["Some surgeries". Something about this makes her gut clench a little. That... doesn't sound too advanced to her.]

I've never heard of healing magic doing that. I hope it's not the case everywhere.

[Donald and Sora used magic, including Cure. Please don't let that be the case where she's form....]

I guess healthcare isn't a thing where you're from, huh.

I don't think it is. Other worlds have different rules with their magic.

Not really. The future gets better, from what I hear.

[Kay where's the exit she doesn't like this century.]

Good. I mean, it would be kind of awful. It's bad enough that's how it is where you're from.

The future? You've met people from your future?

Mm. There's a lot of people from Earth, and it has a long history. So I've come across people from all sorts of time periods.
