Entry tags:
good company and campfire stories.
Who: marian hawke & you.
Broadcast: fleetwide text.
Action: iskaulit.
When: now.
makers breath i am tired of fixing things
is anyone else tired of fixing things?? its feels like it is endless
not to mention i am rather useless at it
ill be at the space bar if anyone wants to join me :)
we can have a drink or play a game of cards or tell exciting and embarrassing stories
doesnt matter really as long as it isnt fixing things
[ If one does venture to the Space Bar they will in fact find (1) Marian Hawke, head buried in her device. On the floor beside her foot sits a small cleaning droid with a rather distinctive pattern painted on top of it. She doesn't seem to notice the droid idly beside her, barely raising her head when she accidentally taps it with her foot. ]

Action
...Is your droid a Grey Warden now? I don't imagine anyone has ever thought to vacuum the Darkspawn to death. Perhaps it would turn the tide of the next Blight.

Who knows, it could be exactly what we have always needed. A few hundred of these little guys down in the Deep Roads could have those blighted bastards running with fear.
no subject
Truly. They would certainly turn the tide of battle.
So. Boredom has struck you again? It's becoming quite the affliction.
no subject
Kind of, I felt like a little change is all. [ Hawke shrugs, tilting her head towards him. ] Unfortunately we don't have much in the way of roaming street gangs or cities to save to occupy my time, so I went with the alternative. A strong drink and hopefully interesting stories.
no subject
[Still.]
I would have thought we had enough excitement for a while.
no subject
[ He is not Varric but she enjoys that dwarf's company. ]
I suppose. [ Gaze flicks off to the side for a moment. ] But is there truly such a thing as enough excitement?
no subject
[They got to live with what they can get in the way of smartarse dwarves, it seemed.]
If anyone but you were asking that question, I'd consider them mad. But I already know you and your penchant for finding trouble.
no subject
[ In truth their lives would be considerably lesser without some sort of dwarven company, a good thing they are not bereft of it. ]
It's not like I look for it... most of the time, it just has a habit of finding me. A lot.
no subject
[He offers her a small smile. ]
So. What would you like to do? That doesn't involve fixing things.
no subject
[ Hawke frowns slightly. ]
Maker's balls, what else is there even to do?
no subject
[Yep. That's it. Good job, Fenris. ]

I imagine they would all be rather upset with you if I were. We would never be allowed on here again, and I need to be here. I work here.
no subject
[ She's being a little dramatic, of course. ]
I could not live if they banned me from the Isakulit, where else I am supposed to loiter and drink when I have nothing better to do?
no subject
[Look, when it comes to her, he's taught himself to expect anything.]
Precisely. You'd have to drink on the Tourist and I'm sure that would just be a recipe for disaster in the long run.
no subject
[ A smart way to be, honestly, considering the giant trouble magnet the name Hawke tends to be. ]
It would be for the person tasked with retrieving me something to drink. I actually like name Nami stocks, it has taste to it!
no subject
[Bonus? ]
That person being me, I assume? And yes, it does.
no subject
[ Sort of bonus... ]
Naturally. [ She grins. ] I would even start whining, it'd be horrible.
no subject
[He pulls a face, but he seems to be taking it all in good spirits. ]
Please don't. It would be unbearable.
no subject
[ She almost wants to pinch his cheeks making the face that he does, almost. ]
But Fenriiiis.
no subject
[No romantic walks for him. ]
Ugh, no.
no subject
[ Which was a shame, really, they could have had so many romantic and exciting walks. ]
Fennriss.
no subject
[Years of trusting basically no stranger near him still hasn't worn off, it seems. ]
You keep making that noise, but as you can see, I'm not budging.
no subject
[ Something they regretted quite quickly, somewhere between being set on fire and having the blade of her staff shoved through their stomach. ]
Fenriiisss.
[ She can make him budge, she's determined. ]
no subject
[He folds his arms, he's not moving. nope. ]
I'm not listening.
