Who: Nightingale and you!
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Marsiva hospitality deck
When: Now!

[action]

[Nightingale's awakening is much lower-key than most, sitting up in the bed and realizing quickly that she is not where she should be. The best way to cope, of course, is looking around, taking in her surroundings, and just talking to herself.]

Okay... So, this must be a game. Don't think I recognize any space Echoes, though... Whatever, I should figure out the win conditions, first. And hope it's not another 'everyone dies' game.

[she lifts a hand, and a strong wind whips through the area, throwing bedsheets and pillows around.]

Okay, magic's still on, that's... usually a good sign.

[She doesn't seem to have noticed the mess she made. Or maybe she doesn't care. Either way.]

[Having immediately fallen into the assumption that this is a game, Nightingale isn't too bothered by the idea of being able to operate technology she hasn't seen before- it's not like it's the first time, after all. She takes a deep breath, and starts talking to the camera. Noticeably, she still hasn't cleaned up her prior mess.]

This is Nightingale, from Takshaka. I don't know what's going on, but this game seems a bit different. Can you check in with which teams are here? And Roc, Gull, Hawk, Magpie, Togetic, Sparrow, any of you around?

And which Echo is this, while I'm at it? I don't recognize any with a space theme going on unless it's the damn Bone Witch again. If I see that dress or that whale again, I'm going to find a way to leave in the middle.

[Definitely not a game of Hungry Hungry Griffons, then. Equestria's a pretty grim place when it comes to monstrous beings attempting to undo pony society as a whole, but that's Tirek-levels of Bad Mojo. He frowns, walking over to place a reassuring hoof on her leg. It's be her shoulder, but, you know, tiny horse. ]

If it helps, time has probably stopped, back where you're from. That's how it worked in Paradisa, anyhow. Anypony who went home, got zapped back to exactly the last point they were before they were taken.

Time kinda stops? It sure happened for me. I was in Paradisa, then I arrived back in Equestria and everything was just how I remembered it. I was home for a couple months, doing my thing, travelling, throwing parties, watching chaos reign again, yadda yadda, and then I was here.

But while I was away, no time had passed at all, and I was in Paradisa for about six months.

[He shakes his head.]

Not while I was in Equestria. It all came back to me when I woke up here. Buuuuut that just might be Paradisa, the castle was kind of a jerk.

Probably not. Sorry to break it to you.

Of course there's a point. You get to meet all kinds of pon-people in a whole different world. That's always a blast.

On the flipside, you get someponies to worry about you. Apparently it's a good trade off.

[He doesn't sound convinced. He's still too used to solitude. Friendship is hard. ]

From what I've learned? You don't get a choice either way in that one. Best to just let them get along with it.
