Yeah, it's a pretty dumb name if you think about it. Like cool, you named your dirtball after what it's made out of, while the rest of your system gets to be Greco-Roman shit. Ashvara sounds way more legit.

Maybe the real secret is most planets out there are literally named Dirt, so it all translates back the same.
