[Oh, well, of course everything's being broadcast! Where's the fun if it's not?

The first appearance of Kallen on intergalactic tv is her sitting up on one of the cots, running a hand through her hair in a half assed attempt to get rid of bed head. It only works so well. She sits there for a few moments, eyes narrowing as she tries to remember what happened.

Viewers can probably tell she doesn't have much success once she stands up and swears softly to herself. Glancing around, she begins to walk, making halfway around the deck before she snaps.]

What the hell is going on this time?!

[He was hanging out in the SS Wonderduck's cockpit, barely paying any attention to the network he'd left on- when he hears a very familiar voice. Looking over and- yep! That's the girl he knows]

[Well, she'll be damned! She jerks around to face the screen, eyes widening at who's calling her.]

Zelos?! [She pauses, brain tumbling over some foggy memories.] Kaenis?

[Oh man is he relieved to hear her recognized him.] Kaneis.

We've been abducted again. But man, you're a sight for sore eyes!

Are you kidding? This is three times too many! [She looks ready to kick something, but stops when he seems happy to see her. Sort of.]

[Nunnally's eyes widen. Kallen, could it really... be her? A whole myriad of feelings rise up in her. Relief, worry, guilt... Despite the fact that they fought on the same side against Lelouch, the last time they truly spoke was back in that prison cell, wasn't it? Seeing someone she considered a friend right in front of her, but only being able to give her small creatures comforts-- the shame grew. While her logical brain said it would be a better idea to wait and compose herself, she can't help but reply]

Kallen? Is that really you?

[Well, this is honestly one of the last people she would expect to come across. Kallen's own eyes widen as Nunnally appears on the monitor, taking a couple steps toward it.]

Nunnally! Are you okay?

[blindoptimism]

[she's not sure why she was expecting Kallen to be mad. Or maybe cold, or at least distant. But she smiles weakly and nods. That response brings forth a rush of emotion. All her Ashford friends that she hasn't seen in so long, she misses them so much.]

M-Mm hm! I'm alright. Are you okay? You seem to be somewhere... different?

[ardor]

Different from what? [It's only a quick pause before she nods.] I'm fine, I think. For now. I just want to know where I am. [This time.]

[a pale guy in a lot of black leather appears on the display, watching the feed... he looks confused, and kind of leans in closer...]

What the... Where are you?

[She leans closer herself, becoming even more annoyed.]

That's what I want to know!

You didn't get a wake-up message?

A wake up message? No! I've gotten nothing like that. [She sits back now, still huffy.]
