It was almost too much to believe.
An unspoiled planet, clear blue skies, water as far as the eye could see. She pans the camera around to catch the expanse of beach with the ocean stretching out to the horizon, the sun glinting off the waves, a few puffy clouds wafting their way past.
"I will never tire of this."
She'll be on the beach, just walking along and taking it all in. Trudging through sand is not unfamiliar with her, but the sound of the waves is intoxicating and foreign.

It is. I didn't know sunsets came in these colors. [Her world had been high contrast; scorching orange and reds during the daytime, deep violets and near-black blues at night. It's a different environment out here, different atmosphere, andvisually stunning with all that water.]

I guess that makes sense. We are on a different planet.
[Though the world where she had last been had vivid sunsets of its own, there were subtle differences here - the size and shape of the gleaming light, the variations in color.
Rogue shakes her head slightly. At times, that whole 'different planet' thing is still so hard to believe, despite all evidence to the contrary.]

[It's a bit of a stretch for her as well.] History Men had stories of such things, but that's all they were; stories.
[ action ]
[Since they are sort of talking, Rogue glances back over and tries to be polite.]
I'm Rogue.

Been here long? [She nods back towards the sky and ships, indicating part of the fleet, as opposed to sitting on the beach.]

Not that long. [A brief, firm handshake, and she reclaims her hand.] About a month, now. You?

[It's a phrase that could sound sarcastic, but instead came out markedly sincere.]
Might as well enjoy the planet while we can, on top of all that.

[She glances back up at Furiosa.]

[Though if Rogue had to guess...]

Whether or not it existed elsewhere in my world is anyone's guess.
[ action ]
Sounds intense. [She glances out toward the ocean and then back to Furiosa.] Seein' this much water's gotta be weird, then.

[She nods, looking back out over the waves.] It is. It's a little hard to fathom, just how much is out there.

[Pause a beat.] Guess I'll let ya get back to enjoyin' it while it's calm.
[ action ]

[A wry quirk of her lips and dip of her head.]
Ya have a good night.
[And she starts walking on.]
