So, it's September already, which means my birthday is coming up!

I mean, it's technically February back home, but I'm not gonna complain about celebrating my birthday early. Besides, that seems like way too complicated math to try and figure out what it should be.

She'd make a huge dinner herself. It hasn't always been the same every year, but she'd usually make my favorite, fried chicken. And she'd bake a cake herself.

I've told her the past couple of years she doesn't have to go to all that trouble, but there's no telling Granny Erina what to do.
