The Pathstone isn't the most useless ship anymore. It's actually good at stuff. It's got upgrades! It's got a pilot and two people to shoot guns at things. And two captains.

Oh no, that's three thirty to four thirty. This part of my schedule consists of sitting in this chair and making the occasional sarcastic remark.

[Crowley sighs, moving his hand to adjust his shades, but the tray seems to slide a little closer to Jove in the process.

She saw nothing. ]

[When she feels the brush of metal against her fingers, Jove glances over to see the tray is certainly much closer than she had it before. She hides a smile by ducking her head, grabbing up the wrench much more easily now.]

Well wasn't that just like magic. I could have sworn that was farther away.

[Crowley gives a non-committal noise, examining his fingernails. ]

The space-crazies? Is that a common ailment in your world?

No, but I definitely saw in in Paradisa. More than once. Don't worship any giant rocks.

I think I can manage that. My gods are decidedly unrocklike.

[And now she isn't sure if she's heard that name before.]

What was Paradisa like?

[He pauses, then lets out a low whistle. He never especially hated Paradisa, it provided him with a safe place from the demons he'd crossed. But he also knew it was a temperamental beast, and took its toll on everyone eventually, himself included. ]

I suppose that depends on whether you feel like telling me the whole story or not.

I don't mind doing that. Or at least...as much as anyone can tell the 'full story' of that place. Seems I missed some other stuff that went on after I left. Big reveals, and the like.
