[Once the door is closed behind them and they're safely separated from the rest of the crew, Jove reaches for Cullen's arm to draw him closer.]

[So handsome. Her free hand goes up to cup his cheek gently, thumb brushing affectionately against his skin.]

Oh yes. You can be quite romantic when you put your mind to it.

[Cullen leans his face into the touch, nuzzling her palm with that scruffy cheek.]

I'm glad you think so.

[Not that she thinks he will, she's just saying. He's got a pretty good track record.]

Ah. I see. [Did he roll his eyes? Maaaaybe. But it's all in good fun, and he tilts his face to kiss her palm.]

[Which is a good start, and she smiles fondly up at him while he does it.]

Oh. Good. [It'd be really awkward if she wasn't!] That's always a relief.

Have you been under the impression I'm not always pleased to see you? I assure you, nothing makes me happier, ma'nehn.

[She'd called him that before, when he was half asleep, but it's still accurate. Her joy, because it seems as though she's always so much happier when he's with her.]

[He doesn't get to, though, because she turns her head at the last moment to catch his lips and get a proper kiss from him.]

[Sneaky. But not that he minds. He just smiles against her lips, a hand slipping behind her neck.]

[Truthfully she hadn't intended to get too caught up in the kiss, but he's very distracting with his hand on her neck and that gentle smile she feels against her mouth. It's entirely too sweet and she can't really be blamed for wanting to prolong that, can she?

She slips an arm around his waist as she leans up against him, always happy to be as close as possible in these private moments.]

[He kisses her back, because he always does, though he's definitely trying to not laugh!!!]

[How rude, laughing while kissing. When she leans away, Jove brushes her thumb at the corner of his mouth.]

In my experience, it's not something that happens often while kissing. Perhaps that's a human thing.
