[she's been doing some thinking, and... after Accord, she wonders if she should even be bothering to hide herself from the enemies she may or may not have. the whole "intergalactic space show" seems pretty far-removed from her usual reality, after all. so, might as well throw this out and see if anyone starts snooping or, you know, flipping their shit.]

Hey, when everyone's got a minute, can you let me know a couple of things?

Part 1: Is "Kithain" a familiar term? If not, have you ever heard of "fairies"?

Part 2: On a scale of 1 to 10, how much magic do you know about in your world? 1 is you kind of freaking out at the idea that magic could even actually exist, and 10 being that you can't imagine living your everyday life without it.

1. No to Kithain. Fairies are mostly just stories where I'm from, but I think I met one once somewhere else.

2. Uh...maybe a 7? 8?

Sure, but there's not much to say. I met her after I got nabbed by some group called the Initiative. Wanted people to fight their war. She was one of the people grabbed too.

Okay, I've got it. Was this where you're from originally, or on another one of those places where people all over reality get kidnapped and thrown into weird scenarios?

2. About a 7 or 8? We don't use magic for everything, but most people are capable of using it with the right training.

Can you describe the fairy thing a little? How familiar are you?

[ It's so much easier for Cecil to respond verbally and since she's not looking like death anymore, she decides to just answer via video feed. She turns it on and gives the camera a small wave, then gives her reply while she goes back to cleaning weapons. ]

They're called the Sylph where I'm from. Not very much is known about them, but their home also serves as an entrance to another dimension called the Feymarch, where beings called eidolons live. They saved a friend of mine.

[WOW... this woman is so pretty, she looks like she could pass for a Sidhe, easy. Krista's actually just as comfortable going to video too, so she does the same!]

I don't know what that, uh, last fancy word was, but that sounds kind of like what goes on in my world, too. People at least believe that they exist where you're from, right? They're not, like, some mysterious secret that only a couple of people have heard of?

So your "Benders" and all of that stuff... Just to clarify, does everyone know what they are, where you're from? The magical spirit goodness isn't a big secret or anything?

No, it's not a secret. A lot of people are born Benders. Especially if they have Bending in their family.

That's nice. That kind of thing is pretty of hush-hush where I'm from... Which was why I was so awkward about the tree-talking I totally was not doing that one time.

Hey! I don't think I've ever heard of "Keith-ain", but I have heard of fairies! They're usually stuff you see in stories though, unless you count Sylph.

[ the Sylph Sisters looked like fairies, so they count, right? ]

And... I dunno. I guess a seven? Eight? A bunch of my friends can do some really awesome magic, but not everyone can. [ himself included. ]

Sylph, uh, someone else mentioned those too... Do you know anything about them? Like, what they look like or anything...?

Yeah! I actually fought them so that a friend could make a pact with them.

[ now can he remember anything about them, that's the question. ]

Let's see... There were three of them. I think they were sisters or something? And they had names... I think one was Sephie? Another was, umm... Fairess...? And the third... Damm, what was it...? [ two out of three. close enough. ] Anyway! They pretty much looked like little kids with wings and weapons, but they were a tough fight. They were Summon Spirits for Wind, so they knew a lot of wind magic, too.

Cool to the second part. I didn't think that anyone would really have a problem with magic after being brought onto a spaceship and stuff, but you never know.
