[She pockets her polishing rag, pulling out a small white container.]
This was what I found left in my room. I had not realized we had all received such gifts.

That's not threatening at all.
[ he's new, forgive him. he's not always a jerk. but maybe it's the height of the ceiling that makes this 6'2" newbie cranky. ]

She can be found in her personnel room, drawing or doodling on a piece of paper. When she holds up her drawing to ask the doll for its opinion, it speaks in a childish voice with a prerecorded message:
"My name is Hoppo! Will you all be my friends?"
Frowning at the response, she sets her drawing back down and returns to adding some finishing touches to it.
When not drawing, she can be found taking a nap on the couch, cuddling the doll in her arms.
While the ship's docked on the waystations, she can be found poking through the shops for anything useful or in the courtyard. If dropping by the courtyard, she brought out a few pieces of her little tea set and has it set up on a picnic table. ]
naptime!!!

...Daddy?
[ And her voice triggers Hoppo to speak again: "Hello! My name is Hoppo! Will you all be my friends? ]

waystation!!!!
If someone had told her months ago she'd come to feel this protective over a shemlen child, Jove would have laughed herself sick. She'd go out of her way to see to it than any child was safe, but this? This would have been unthinkable if it weren't for Atroma bringing her here.]
Hello, da'len. [There's that elvish word pet name she'd taken to using for Elize again, something close to little one but with a much more familial feeling to it.] Have you found anything exciting to buy?
no subject
Jove!
[ When Elize turns to look up at her with a smile, the staff that she's holding near her side becomes more noticeable. It's the staff that Jove crafted for her awhile back, with a little ribbon added on the end of it, a finishing touch by Elize. Now she can bludgeon shady people with her staff and punch like Cassandra when they get close. ]
Not really.
[ She pokes through a rack of casual clothes with the end of her staff. Nothing but plain t-shirts, jeans, and shorts in boring colors. ]
I've seen these before at the other waystations.

personnel room.
[ She is staring at the doll, peering over Elize to get a good look at it, but her attention shifts quickly enough. ]
Hello, Elize. I trust you are well?

[ She looks up from her desk. Whatever is disturbing flies over her head. For some reason, Hoppo strikes her as very adorable. Though, the majority would agree with Nyssa that her doll is very disturbing. ]
Oh, Nyssa. Hello. [ An awkward smile. ] I'm well. I'm glad to be back on my ship.

[ Sansa is in the kitchen, and Nyssa fills up the doorway. Empty quiver. Empty scabbards. Just the bow and the black and red, to mark who she is. ]
What are you looking for?
no subject
S-something to eat. [ and, as if on cue, her stomach growls. sansa is no cook -- and barely deigns to consider cooking for herself. but there must at least be a crust of breath left somewhere in the kitchen. ]

[Kurt's been in cryosleep until just after everyone returned to their ships.
So right now, he's pacing in a thoughtful stupor as he tries to reflect on those odd dreams he remembers from before the cryo-sleep.
...And then this tall blue guy bumps his head on the ceiling.]
B.
[Eventually the German blue mutant decides to check out the new swag, though. He looks into the basket and pulls out a tasty and greasy looking burger.]
A breakfast gut bomb?! For real?! [He looks so excited, but also suspicious. So he'll just hold onto it for a moment and eye it warily while he checks out this whole 'media file' thing on the network. Maybe it's a tv show he misses from home...
Nope. It's this song, and it quickly inspires Kurt to groan.]
Haha, very funny...
C.
[Feel free to catch him around the ship! He'll otherwise be spending a lot of time in the kitchen or lounging around. He's Communications but doesn't really practice much regarding that.
You may also catch him teleporting from another room. In which case he'll appear in a cloud of smoke, accompanied by the smell of brimstone.]
B.
It's pretty funny, actually. Glad to know someone around here has a sense of humor.
[ the new member of the Huntress really should be a little more warm and kind, but better to prevent the false pretenses altogether. ]
It's a pretty annoying song, though.

New Arrival - 12/5
So, the first thing to do is clearly to try and get the lay of the land, which means you might see her wandering the Huntress for the sake of getting her bearings; once she does, however, she'll be settling in happily in the kitchen, because holy shit no one understands how badly her Italian sensibilities have been offended by a good week's worth of nothing but nutrient paste and if she doesn't get some Real Actual Cooking™ in soon she's going to take a page out of Caesar's book and hit somebody with a wrench.
...Say hello to your new Engineer On Board, everyone, she's tiny and blonde and here to mingle with you.]
