[Are they too busy to notice the footprints apparently impressing themselves upon the snow? Because Rin, the little stalker that she is, just happened to be conveniently passing through when she picked up on her crewmates bickering and decided to follow. She's trying to be discrete, walking on snow that's already been packed down by other people, but she's definitely not impossible to track in this kind of environment.
