[The video opens...to a fluffy white paw batting at the camera?

Bap. Bap bap. Bap bap bap.

Suddenly: a pink nose and more white fluff. A hint of purple eyes.

BAP.

The comm falls over with a loud sound, the view on the broadcast showing the ceiling of one of the crew quarters. From offscreen:]

Esa, leave that alone.

[Alucard's voice is definitely way too amused and indulgent to be issuing a command. The face of the perpetrator reappears in the feed. It appears to be a very white cat with deep purple eyes. It noses at the screen, and then moves off. The sound of footsteps can be heard as Alucard comes over to investigate and to set the comm right again.

When he gets close enough to notice that it's transmitting - and by that measure, close enough for his face to be seen up above - his lips quirk into a smile. The comm is picked up, and he turns it around to focus on the cloud of a cat now lounging on his bed like she did nothing wrong.]

Well? It seem like you wanted to make your introduction. Say hello, Esa.

[She...doesn't. Alucard turns the comm around again to shrug eloquently at the camera.]

[ The video starts with Loki out in a verandah, a few tables and chairs scattered around. he's standing, hiding something from view. He pulls out a lace handkerchief, dabbing at his eyes. ]

It seems that there are a few people that have departed lately. And since everyone is very fond of making cryptic sad statements on the network for attention, I thought I would do the same for the passengers that have left us in such . . . [ A pointed dab. ] . . . sorrow.

[ with that, he moves away, taking a seat, revealing a bunch of children with bats and a life sized Dr. Strange figure. They look at Loki eagerly, waiting for the signal and he nods in assent. With a wild cry, they all launch themselves at the statue, beating it up. It even makes realistic sounds of pain. With every tear and visible wound, candy falls out.

Loki conjures a mimosa, leaning back. This is the life. There would be one of Sam Winchester too if . . . Loki had any idea who that was. Alas. ]
