[Leia has at least four reasons to come to the Huntress these days--three of them people and one of them I'd better make sure they haven't blown themselves to bits in the last few days--so she does.

She's in the kitchen, or the recreational area, or in a corridor, wherever. She's the tiny, possibly haughty one with the elaborate braids.]

[avaricious]

[This will be the first face she sees when she comes on board. And honestly... well, he doesn't mind what he sees. She's definitely a looker.]

Welcome aboard the Huntress. Anything you looking for? [Or is it me you're looking for?]

I've come to visit some friends, as it happens. [Left unspoken is I'm sure I can find them myself.] Are you a member of the Huntress?

[avaricious]

Member? Not just that, I'm the captain of this charming loveboat. You can call me Greed.

[There's something about the way he smiles that makes it seem like either he is planning something supremely evil - or he already did and got away with it.]

Greed. A pleasure. [The words come out a bit cooler than strictly necessary. That smile is an unsettling one--and the fact that he calls himself captain sets off a warning in her mind. The co-captain of this ship is a lunatic.]

I'd heard that your ship had two captains.

[avaricious]

You must mean the blue fuzzball. Yeah, he's listed as captain, but if you ask me - the guy is only in it for the perks.

[Or it was possible Greed had Kurt terrified into inaction. But either way, Greed was sure to indicate that he was the one running the show here.]

[ Elize is also visiting the Huntress today, but she's unfamiliar with most of the current crew now, she can't quite tell who is actually part of the crew or simply visiting.

When making a turn while roaming the ship, she nearly bumps into the woman in the corridor. She quickly takes a step back before anything like that could happen. She didn't bring her doll today, so she folds her hands before her out of nervousness. ]

Um... hello...

Hello.

[Admittedly, her first thought is: oh, no, not another child. Every one she meets makes her more frustrated with the Atroma, who shouldn't be pulling children out of their homes and schools and families to be their unwitting stars.

(They shouldn't be pulling anyone, but it seems especially egregious with such young kidnappees.)

That's not the girl's fault, though, and Leia gives her the friendliest smile she has in her arsenal. The poor thing looks nervous.]

Are you a member of the Huntress?

[princessia]

[ A shake of her head. ]

I-... I was, but I transferred off not too long ago. I'm just visiting. Han said it was fine.

[ She's playing with her folded hands a little. This person seems kind enough at least. Her eyes are fixed to the floor briefly, then timidly back up to make an effort to directly meet the woman's gaze. ]

I was about to ask you the same question.

I'm from the Windrose, actually. I'm here to visit Han, too.

[He hadn't mentioned that he'd made friends with multiple children. Leia bites back her amusement--she can save that for Han himself.]

Are you a friend of his?

[princessia]

You are? [ There's some small surprise in her voice. ] And yes, we're friends.

[ Even though she has only known Han for such a short while, her answer comes easily. Elize is a child that's quick to register someone as a friend as long as they're genuinely nice to her. Plus he said he's making sure her old ship doesn't crash... ]

My name is Elize.

[Oh, wow, visitors! She offers a very bright smile, wandering over. She's cleaned her clothes for the day, and her yellow dress is looking very nice now, very clean like it had been when she sailed with the Sun Pirates.

Miss Leia, is that you? Are you here to visit someone?

[Koala's smile looks a little more genuine today than it did back when they first spoke. Leia's hoping, anyway.]

It is, Miss Koala. [Look, if you're going to "Miss" her...] I thought I'd stop by and see how your ship was doing--so I guess that means I'm here to visit you. How have things been going?

[omg don't call her miss she's so undeserving ////]

Me? [She's very much shocked by this.] Things have been okay! I've been treated very well on board this ship. Mr. Solo gave me an apple earlier, and someone left me sweets in my room! I-I don't know who... I'm still worried they accidentally mistook my room for someone else's...!

Yes, you. [Leia laughs a little.] It's good to hear you've been having a nice time with your crew.

I have a feeling they had the right room. If someone left you sweets, you must have been kind to them.

[She's embarrassed at the idea. Someone gifted her? She certainly didn't comprehend when the fishmen gave her her dress and haircut; she definitely can't comprehend it now!]

They didn't have to do that... but — I appreciate it very much!

[If it was in fact for her, anyway.

She hid the plate under her bed for a night because she was worried the empty plate would get her into potential trouble. But hey, nobody's come forward complaining of their gift falling into the wrong hands...]

This has been a very strange week.

[ He had just finished his staff and was heading down towards the hold when he spots her. ]

Ah, Leia. Here to visit our intrepid pilot?

[She smiles at the sight of him.]

Maybe so--I understand that both of the Huntress' pilots are people I'd like to see. What have you been up to?

Making sure we all stay intact, apparently. And fending up possible feuds between the pilot and the captain.

[ Too bad they're both children at heart. ]

Otherwise, I've been keeping to myself . . . mostly to make sense of what I've learned.

Thanks for doing that. I'm surprised they haven't torn the ship in two. [Seriously, Obi-Wan, thank you. It saves her a tiny bit of headache to know someone's running interference between them.

Her expression sobers.]

It must be a lot to take in.

No more surprised than I am.

[ He glances at her briefly, taking stock of that before looking away. ] It is, for a variety of reasons. But I won't let it dishearten me.

[ it's said lightly as he comes across her in the kitchen. their... sparkling clean kitchen, because koala is an absolute monstrosity. ]

[The grin she gives him is an echo of the one she's used to seeing on him, cocky and curving up a little more at one corner than the other.]

We just got another communications officer on the Windrose.

there's a sudden brightness in his eyes, in addition to a sudden mischievous grin because that's, honestly, the best news he's heard all week. ]
