[For someone who looks like she stepped out of some medieval era, Ciri doesn't seem too alarmed by all the space and technology. It's easy enough for her to figure out how to broadcast, and she peers into the camera for a moment before speaking.]

So, two questions: where can I get a sword, and how exactly are my abilities dampened, here? [Because the first thing she tried to do was teleport back to Skellige, only for a whole lot of nothing to happen. Maybe if she didn't have enemies to demolish she'd actually feel some relief about the fact that what makes her a target for so many people is gone.] I can't be the only one. Someone must be very skilled to figure out how to keep that much control over us.

And... one more thing. I don't suppose any of my companions have found themselves here. [She frowns, brow creasing with worry. It's unlikely. She knows how sudden world-hopping works... or doesn't work. Still, she must try.] Geralt? Yennefer? Triss?

It's natural. [Mostly. It used to be a little more ashen blonde, but then life was stressful as fuck and so it decided to go lighter. But stress is natural, right? So it's not a lie. Ciri remains where she is, though she watches him with open suspicion.]

Are you looking for people as well?

[pneumo]

Not anyone in particular, but people in general would be nice. [ Considering he needs to feed off of them to survive and all. And they're fun. Some more than others, but he's never been bored around them before.

So while she stays on guard Sascha...kind of holds his arms out to make sure he doesn't bump or knock himself into anything, because while he can squint through the lighting to get an okay view of Ciri, doing so too long makes his eyes ache something fierce if he keeps them open for too long.

...So yeah he knocks his knee on a poorly-placed corner. ]

[She's about to ask what in the world he's doing when--oh. At least she's a helper, standing and moving over to see if he needs some sort of assistance.]

Are you all right? Can you not see well?

[Because that was RIGHT THERE.]

[ HE IS FLUORESCENTLY CHALLENGED. Okay. It's normal for new vampires like him and his life is hard, but at least she cares♥ Sascha's touched and looks up, one hand lifted so he can point at his face. ]

I don't see well in daylight, hehe... I'm okay♥ [ He's fine though, a moment to rub the area and he'll push himself back up to his feet with nary a wobble. ]

[That's not creepy at all. Ciri takes a step back--not out of fear, but because this is either the part where they start laughing or lunge, and she'd rather not bump into any furniture herself if that's the case.]

[She's no witcher, but when people are strange she's been taught to assume certain things.]

[ No seriously. She can adopt him any time here, he would love that.

He would also love if they could dim or even turn off the lights, but you know. ]

[ Yyyeah, give him a minute to lean in a little and squint at her, holding a hand over over his eyes to shield them. Sascha gives her a quick once-over. ]

...You'll do that with your bare hands?

[A bloodbath on day one is probably a bad idea, though.]

[ Hey man, if she can do it he'd be impressed.

...Not that he isn't already since she caught onto the fact that he's different awfully fast. Maybe it has something to do with her earlier babbling about 'powers'? ]

[A shame that even if she did take on the title of witcher, she'd never be up to par with Geralt and his mutations. He'd probably have this one figured out within moments--but she's learned much from him, and some of that learning's involved when to kill. Not every monster needs to be slain.

But this one sure is annoying.]

[ He's easy going. There is a difference! Huff. If he was more like the other vampires he's come across she's surely like him a lot less. They tend to be more on the side of viewing humans as little more than food or fun.

Sascha though is a touch different, and holds his hands up in surrender. ]

[He's at least prettier than most Ciri's seen. Not that she knows that she's interacting with anything like one.]

[ Sascha of course isn't from there (that he knows), has never been there (that he knows), but come on. It has such a cool name--who doesn't know Latvia these days?? ]

[ He's only a threat to your solitude. And glucose levels on occasion, but now at least is one of those times. He even visibly deflates when she doesn't seem to understand what he's saying at all. This was not the reaction he anticipated. ]
