[The bunks are filling up, but the new faces just keep appearing!

Are you a travel-weary passenger having trouble keeping your crew roster straight? Perhaps you are a fresh new recruit, finding themselves dumped into a new (and much less shiny) home. Or, maybe you've been around for a little bit and just haven't bothered meeting the other weirdos on this ship yet--what is their problem, anyway?

Well, this is the place for you!

All new passengers from the last few Shuffles, especially those who haven't met their crews yet, are welcome to post starter-comments here to invite those living on and visiting your ship to come and interact. Newbies could be just arriving on the ship, busying around where others can find them, or you can offering multiple options for interaction--however you'd like to set up your thread is fine. Just make sure to include the name of your ship in the header, so your crewmates can easily find you!

Everyone else-- go meet those newbies! Whether they are new to your own crew, or on ships you frequently visit, now is a great time to bump into them.]

Sure. And I'm glad of that, at least, but missing memories is nothing to brush off. We'll get this figured out.

No, I suppose it isn't. I'm no stranger to this sort of thing, at least, so I doubt they can come up with any tests to surprise me.

[That's... really part of the problem, the fact that she spent so long being tested day in and day out that she's got quite an aversion to it now. Particularly tests involving her brain. It's not on the level of phobia, but she's more thankful than she'll ever let on to have Hera coming with her.

After a minute or two, she steps onto the bridge, clearing her throat. She's spent her whole walk her telling herself very fiercely not to let any discomfort show, but it's in every line of her tall, lanky body, in the tight pull of her lips.]

[ Hera offers her a smile as she approaches. A reassuring sort of smile, intended to relax her a little. She can sense the tension coming from the other woman, and while she doesn't know where it comes from, she's not going to ignore or downplay it. Just accept it, and roll with it. ]

I'm right behind you. I'm sure we can make it quick - just a scan or two to make sure everything's working right.

[That's fired back quick enough to be blatantly defensive, but only the speed gives it away - she's working to keep any edge out of her tone because, really, Hera is doing her a big favour here. Holding her hand through this like a child, but dealing with her like a reasonable adult. The resulting increase in her comfort is immeasurable, even if it doesn't show.]

Just so long as they don't find anything too interesting. I don't want to spend my entire... season, or whatever they'd call it here, in the med bay.
