Are you a travel-weary passenger having trouble keeping your crew roster straight? Perhaps you are a fresh new recruit, finding themselves dumped into a new (and much less shiny) home. Or, maybe you've been around for a little bit and just haven't bothered meeting the other weirdos on this ship yet--what is their problem, anyway?

Well, this is the place for you!

All new passengers from the last few Shuffles, especially those who haven't met their crews yet, are welcome to post starter-comments here to invite those living on and visiting your ship to come and interact. Newbies could be just arriving on the ship, busying around where others can find them, or you can offering multiple options for interaction--however you'd like to set up your thread is fine. Just make sure to include the name of your ship in the header, so your crewmates can easily find you!

Everyone else-- go meet those newbies! Whether they are new to your own crew, or on ships you frequently visit, now is a great time to bump into them.]

For a nighttime bed creeper, you're really quite chivalrous.

[She can't help laughing, either. She really can't. Nor can she get any kind of read on this bloke, other than the fact that she believes him when he says he's not a threat.]

Then it's fine, you're invited any time you like. Lights out really is the most horribly lonely time here, so I'll be glad of the company.

Okay! [ And he looks genuinely, truly happy for this permission. Sascha would glow with it if he weren't so comfortably settled right now, so instead he just gives her a very warm nuzzle. ]

[It's nice, being able to make someone so cheerful with so little. Granted, she can imagine that he must've been quite literally kicked out of several beds with this sort of behaviour, but she doesn't mind a bit.]

Are you actually nocturnal, or just a night owl?

First one. If I was an owl I'd have a lot more feathers~ [ He might be being a little cheeky, but oh well. That's just how this loser is. It's all in good fun. ]

Well. Touché. [It's initially said in a perfect deadpan, but her mouth ends up quirking into a grin. What a goof.]

It must be a nightmare, though, being nocturnal on one of these ships. How does that even work in space, with no sunlight? Your schedule's stayed the same?

Nah...I had a lotta trouble at first. But the station has day and night! So I use that. [ Dorko griiiin. ] I fall asleep super-easy in sunlight.

I imagine we will go into proper space again at some point, though. Staying here is too good to be true on several levels. So what will you do?

...I haven't thought about it I guess. Do we move a lot??

I don't know that either. But it wouldn't make sense to have a massive fleet like this just for staying docked all the time, and apparently last month they were at some sort of salt planet.

Salt and snow. That's what Leia said. It sounds like a thrill a minute, doesn't it?
