Are you a travel-weary passenger having trouble keeping your crew roster straight? Perhaps you are a fresh new recruit, finding themselves dumped into a new (and much less shiny) home. Or, maybe you've been around for a little bit and just haven't bothered meeting the other weirdos on this ship yet--what is their problem, anyway?

All new passengers from the last few Shuffles, especially those who haven't met their crews yet, are welcome to post starter-comments here to invite those living on and visiting your ship to come and interact. Newbies could be just arriving on the ship, busying around where others can find them, or you can offering multiple options for interaction--however you'd like to set up your thread is fine. Just make sure to include the name of your ship in the header, so your crewmates can easily find you!

Everyone else-- go meet those newbies! Whether they are new to your own crew, or on ships you frequently visit, now is a great time to bump into them.]

It's why I ain't as mad as other folks are about Atroma. I mean, I get it... If I had something worth going back to, I'd be mad as a hornet, but for me? This place is a blessing.

It's always a lot less cruel that way. Maybe if these places only did that kind of thing I'd feel better about them. [Because it was a better situation for her too. At least better than home. She was still trying to figure out if it was better than the prison.]

Yeah like... Castle's got a kid and is about to get married and they just whisked him away. That ain't fair at all.

He didn't mention those details. [Which she can understand because those are awful details.] That's hard.

I feel for him. He seems like he'd be a real good dad too.

I mean, not personally. I've only been here since the beginning of January. But Wanda told me it's not a good idea, so I'm guessin' people have tried it already.

Wanda? [How many people in the world are named Wanda? How many in the multiverse? It's probably nothing, but since Misty is a witch and Wanda's codename had been the Scarlet Witch and she was really the only Wanda she'd ever heard of...] Wanda who?

[Misty shrugs.] She didn't tell me her last name, if she has one. Brown hair, round face, Russian accent?

[It didn't sound wrong, but it could also describe a lot of people. And Kitty didn't actually know her from anything but photos. She'd died before she joined the team. Something to keep in mind though.] Sure. Thanks.

If you hear about anyone with direct personal experience trying the augments let me know. So far I've just heard it's painful or a bad idea without examples. [Which isn't really enough to scare her off.]

[Not that she particularly cares all that much about getting rid of her augment... She'd be screwed if she didn't have this tech stuff in her head telling her how to fly shuttles and fix electrical panels.]

You might try askin' the captain. She's been around here a long time I think. Seems like the type who knows a lot about people too.
