It's not a matter of that little kids can't use swords, it's that they shouldn't have to. Kids are supposed to be KIDS.

I'm sorry that you come from some place so messed up that you don't get to be a kid, but you still don't need a sword here. You're going to have to settle with being a kid here and leaving that stuff to the grown-ups.
