A question, for those that may be familiar with such things:

...How is one meant to walk in these? I had tried them on earlier, but I was met with - ah - well, let us just say that I am not accustomed to such things. If you happen to be though, any input would be highly appreciated. [ lessons in walking in heels even more so, but they can get to that eventually. ]

Aye, one of the few I met during my first time here. He is the dwarf that runs the Space Bar aboard the Iskaulit. He had actually brought me these to wear with my uniform while working there... but I fear I may have to take a bit to adjust.

I had told him it was not necessary, but he insisted. [ so yes, he's paying her.] why do you ask?

[Though Yang figures that is not a decent enough answer, so after a moment she adds:]

Once we leave this station, I'll basically be out of work. Couldn't hurt to start scouting around for a possible new job now, right?

[ she leans down to take those stupid shoes off, just so she can actually walk over to the table she had been sitting at previously and grab her communicator. ]

If you are interested in a job at the bar, I doubt Varric would object. If you like, I can give you his frequency so you can inquire about one.

Yeah, I might just do that. He wouldn't happen to be looking for a bouncer or anything like that would he? I've already gotten some pretty good experience at that, working down at that huge space station.

'Tis likely, he always has use of someone who can handle the more rowdy customers. [ she prefers to not get involved in such things, so having someone around that would do so willingly might be good for everyone.

she pulls up varrics frequency and hands the communicator to yang. ]

[ she shrugs, ] I have occupied myself on the station for the most part, working at various locations to make sure my account is secured for the duration. What of you?

Bout the same. Like I said before, been working as a bouncer. It's decent enough money, and there's free drinks! So that's a nice perk.
