Who: Anyone! Everyone!
Broadcast: If you want!
Action: On the FLOOT LOOP stations! Or the planet!
When: WHENEVER time is an illusion.
[you know the drill! this is a mingle for the stations floating around the bizarre forest planet, or the forest planet itself!
want to get away from the forest illusions? are you stopping for supplies? were you just really craving a bowl of Floot Loops for some reason? whether you are backdating for pre-planet shenanigans or just want to mess around, this is the post for you!]

[he laughs, drunkenly abrupt about it.]
I don't know. I've never seen it.

[She will just pour him more alcohol. Keep that glass topped up and the words coming.]

[and he keeps sucking down the drinks, them disappearing into his face as quick as the words are coming out of it.]
That's why it's so weird when people keep asking what city I'm from or what it's like. There are different territories inside the city, but it's still all just one city.
...There's some stuff outside, but it hardly counts.

[She laughs, imagining it, and takes a swallow of her own drink. Vile stuff but at least it does its job.]
no subject
Well, yeah... I mean, there are miles and miles and miles of trees out there... but there's no stuff.
No people or cars or cities or anything. That's all gone.

[he tips his head back to drain the last drops of his current drink, and then stays sagged back in his seat for a minute, like he's exhausted. the alcohol is just filling up his limbs with warm water and they feel heavy right now.]
...And I guess the wilderness got it all. And there was some wars and stuff. It was a long time ago.

[It is sad. She stares into her own glass. At least there's a bit left in their bottle; she tops off her booze. Nel will have to take care of himself if he wants more, though.]
And you've never even seen the wall...
no subject
It's not sad. It's fine, really.
And what would I want to see the wall for?
no subject
You aren't curious about what's outside?
[Of course he isn't, of course. She can guess.]
no subject
Why would I? It's all trees and monsters.

[She smiles and picks up her glass, takes the last gulp of it. A shame, but not a surprise. Then she tips her glass towards the bottle.]
Pour yourself the rest of that and drink up, little guy.

and with this one empty, his attention is immediately out and swimming through the sad excuse for a crowd.]
Maybe I have money left on my card. You think we could get more?

no subject
Do you want the same thing, or should we try something else?
...Man, I wish there was music, like, anywhere here.
no subject
You need me along?
no subject
[he's not going to bother her with that. and he's more than ready to bound off on looseboned legs.
which means he's just as likely to zoom right to the bar and back in no time at all, as he is to be never seen again.]

and once he's at the bar, the deliberation between him and the bartender over what to get and trying to figure out what he can afford and how to get this whole errand accomplished would be enough to distract anybody. it's probably a good thing she follows.]
no subject
This is a pretty shitty excuse for a party but eh. Ah well.
She's only gonna step in if Nel needs help. And one more bottle, then she's cutting the lil guy off - especially if she's supposed to pay for this one too.]
no subject
and luckily she's right there, so his attention only wanders for a few seconds before he finds her. he holds up his trophy for her to see.]
--Tada!
no subject
Good work! All right, let's sit, kid. [Tromping back to their booth. It's yet unclaimed. Theirs. It's theirs.]
no subject
This has bubbles in it, so I thought it'd be good... [as he struggles with opening the thing.]
no subject
[But she's game for a new experience. She'll be the man here and take the bottle from him to pop it open.]
