[ It's been about two weeks since Ramse first met Sascha and he figures the kid's probably hungry again. But after all that talk of venom, he's doing things his way. He's talked his way into some medical equipment and draws his own blood into a thermos he bought on the space station, then sends Sascha a private message:

Sascha, meet me outside the Starstruck again.

That should be curiosity-inducing enough to get the puppypire to scoot on over.

O...okay... [ Is he getting teary-eyed? Quite possibly. ]

[ Oh no don't cry.

...

C'mere, kiddo. Ramse puts down his cup and motions for Sascha to come over to where he's sitting on the bed. You can have a hug. Maybe even a cuddle, just don't cry. ]

[pneumo]

[ He's touched, it's hard not to. Especially when Ramse beckons him over like that; Sascha can't help but immediately hurry over, thermos forgotten as he more or less...well, seats himself in Ramse's lap so that he can throw his arms around him tightly. Not inhumanly tight mind you, just in that very needy sort of way someone would if they were especially emotional. ]

[ ...or Sascha could plop himself in Ramse's lap, okay. Whatever. He'll roll with it. His arms encircle the puppypire, just holding. It doesn't seem like patting would help, or like Sascha really needs comfort, exactly? Just to know that this is real. So he holds on, waiting for the grip around him to loosen.

Does it? ]

[pneumo]

[ In a minute or so, yes. Sascha's moved and more than a little touched over the gesture, and he keeps his face buried in Ramse's shoulder for most of it. But eventually his grip does lessen up some to become looser and more relaxed.

But he still doesn't want to give it up just yet. ]

[ At that Ramse does rub his back, a quiet allowance. 'You can stay.' He knows he's letting Sascha get too attached, but... oh well. ]

[ Very, very attached♥ But also incredibly grateful, especially when the rubbing comes. No one's ever done this for him. ]

[ You need more friends, Sascha.

Ramse's warm, and he can feel that his hands leave trails of heat where he strokes. He wonders if Sascha doesn't notice his own temperature and the warmth is just nice, like walking through a patch of sun, or if he actually feels cold. ]

[pneumo]

[ He really does... But at least he has Ramse now! That's +1.

As for cold though, Sascha does have a slightly lower body temperature than a human's. It's not too great, more like simply having cold hands or feet. But he most certainly does feel the cold, which is what makes being so close and huddled up against Ramse so nice. ]

Comfortable?

[ There's some humor in the way he says the word, since he already knows the answer. ]

Uh huh♥ [ Definitely, infinitely happy. And comfortable, especially when he buries his face and rubs it into the crook of Ramse's neck--but not to bite or lick or anything like that. Just to cuddle. ]

[ This is weird. He's got a list of people he lets this close, and it's never had somebody he knew for such a short time on it before. He's not sure what makes him sympathize for the guy so much, either. Besides the fact that he genuinely needs these things. The help, the food, the affection. All things that Ramse can give without much trouble. So why shouldn't he? No reason springs to mind.

He nudges Sascha's head away with his chin, though... the nuzzle reminded him of Sheva and now he's feeling not!homesick again, his hands stilling on Sascha's back. ]

I think you're all set.

[pneumo]

Do I have to let go...? [ Already? Even just this has been a huge comfort and if he can get away with it he'd love to have more time like this. He's never been offered a hug before; he's remiss to let it end after it feels like it only just started. ]

...Sascha.

[ He's a sucker. ]

Another minute; I'm still lightheaded.

[ Aww...that actually gets him to lift his head a little, concerned. ]

Did you give me too much?? I can get you some water...

I've got water. [ He tilts his head towards the nightstand; there's a half-full glass resting there. ] I just haven't given blood in a long time.

[pneumo]

Are you sure... [ He doesn't want someone woozy on his behalf ]

I'm sure. I'm just gonna lie down for awhile.

[pneumo]

...Can I lie down with you?

[nostraightlines]

[ Say no. You can say no. It's not that hard to... sigh. ]

Yeah, sure. Just for awhile.

[pneumo]

[ ♥!!! ]

Really?? Awesome! [ Ramse is going to get a nice big nuzzle riiiiight into his cheek. ]

[ ...that's better. That reminds him more of Celeste than Sheva, it's less painful. Still, Ramse sighs, a mock-long-suffering sound, his life is so hard, etc etc, and shifts Sascha so that he can lie down on the bed. His head stops spinning once it's on the pillow, and he's used enough to being a pillow that he can stretch out his arm and let Sascha cuddle against his side without it being weird. ]

[pneumo]

[ Yes. yes he can, and it is absolutely okay for him to do that. Sascha may be momentarily surprised, but he's incredibly adaptable when it comes to cuddling up to someone, especially like this. He'll waste no time in snuggling right up to Ramse's side, curling towards him so that his head rests on the man's shoulder like a pillow. ]

[ This is the most familiar cuddle position for Ramse, yes. He relaxes quickly, and Sascha will enjoy the fact that he's warm. ]

Kick me if I fall asleep, I've got to keep on a normal schedule.

Well...this is my night time, so I can't guarantee I won't drift off before you do, hehe.

[ he most certainly will enjoy it, snuggling up as close as possible in an attempt to absorb it. ]
