Oh! I like spending time with people, having people talk to be or just kinda hang around... I want to have friends and maybe fall in love one day, someone on the network was talking about it before and it sounds awesome! [ Sascha grins. ]

As for fears...hmm. [ He thinks about it for a moment. ] Bigby's pretty scary when he's mad! Sasuke too. And I guess being alone forever would be pretty scary too.

[Alone forever is devastating.]

You've never been in love? [That you remember.]

Nope. I mean, it's kinda hard when all the humans you meet want you dead, and all the vampires you meet think you're weird! [ It's honestly really difficult sometimes. Sascha doesn't really fit in anywhere. ]

[She knows that feeling, but it was mutants, not vampires and there was still a small group who was like her—standing against Apocalypse.] In that case...I hope that changes now even if love can be overrated. [She actually thinks love is amazing and powerful. She's just been burned very badly by it.]

Awww...hehe♥ You're so nice y'know? Even if it's probably never gonna happen. [ Just, really: who would want to have those sorts of feelings for something that technically preyed on them? It's like a sheep lying with a wolf. How could anyone ever trust a predator like that? ]

That doesn't seem to be a problem for a lot of people. [She's kissed a couple of vampires before.]

Sure. [She is a little worried she's giving him false hope here, but she thinks the stalking is more of a problem than being technically dead.] I've known vampires with girlfriends.

Human ones--?? Or vampire ones??

Sure you could. Not that I can make any promises.

[ It's okay, whether she can or not he still looks genuinely surprised--in a good way, eyes wide but a touched sort of expression on his face too. Sascha even winds up squeezing her hand again, thumb playing with the back of her hand. ]

Just not me. [Which she doesn't mean as harsh. It just comes up at the touch which reminds her too much of someone else.] Someone less broken.

Broken....? [ Sascha tilts his head for a moment in incomprehension. Kitty doesn't look injured or hurt to him. How could she be broken? ]

I haven't had a good run in relationships.

You probably do way better than me though, right? That's something!

Like in terms of quantity? Sure. [But what if more than half those relationships end in murder or attempted murder? What then?]

...I'm not sure what to say. There were a lot of good times and some pretty epic horrible endings.

I think I'm just really good at bad break ups. Other people manage it. Maybe it's a new mutant power.

That's not a very lucky power to have... But at least you had them right?? Isn't there a say about loving and losing or something?
