[The feed cuts in to the arrival fanfare. The feed watches a blond boy lay on the floor of the Tourist, covered in confetti, asleep with his face in the plate of celebratory pudding.

The fanfare does not wake him.

The pudding does not wake him.

Someone should probably wake him.]

[He snorts when he jerks, eyes opening--oh god there's pudding in my eye

[The following noises cannot be called human. There's a lot of touching the pudding. A lot of "AUGH". A lot of wiping and making things worse.

[And then he's left confused and looking around the deck, trying to figure out where the hell he is and how he got there.]

... What...?

[He stares at that feed for a long bit.]

Wow. That's a lot of pudding.

[ follow the oh-so-helpful voice, son. ]

[ That, uh... that looks not good. Chris is checking a few things, such as where the transmission is coming from, then shimmers off. He's on the Tourist a few seconds later and is just turning the kid over with a hand to his pulse.

After he's satisfied the blond derp of some amazing caliber is still alive, he shimmers back out. GOOD DEED DONE FOR THE DAY: CHECK. ]

[Axel's not sure what to think about being the captain. Isn't that a lot of, you know, responsibility? He's not sure he's down with that. On the other hand, it means people would have to listen to him, which is always useful. He guesses he can give it a try for a while, anyway--it's better than taking orders from someone else.

[He really wants a cool hat or something, though.

[As he traipses the halls, feeling pretty pleased with himself, he happens to notice a familiar-looking figure slumped on the floor. Is that...?]

Roxas? [Okay, he hadn't expected to find Roxas here, but if Sora and Riku are here he guesses anything's possible. But... why is Roxas on the floor? A little concerned, he drops to a crouch beside him, tilting his head at what looks like pudding smeared across his face. There's also confetti all over him. Some is stuck in the pudding. Roxas kind of looks like he lost a fight with a birthday party. Axel can see he's breathing, so he's not especially worried, and actually just starts laughing. He remembers the confetti and the pudding from his own arrival, but this just takes the cake. Or the pudding, as it were.

[He just starts laughing, then reaches down and shakes Roxas' shoulder.]

Oi. Roxas. Roxas, wake up, you lunkhead. Are you okay?

[Oh hey, it's someone new which means demon time. And awww, he's adorable sleeping in the pudding. Which makes him almost decide not to be terrible, but no he's doing it, nothing can stop him.

So don't mind Cole taking in a huge breath and bellowing:] LOOK OUT IT'S GOING TO EAT YOU

[it cuts after a minute, and another minute later it comes back. he is very much still pudding-covered.]

[He was poking at his communicator when the video popped up. He straightens up in his chair when he sees it come back on]

Oh! It moved!

[ use your words, roxas. ]

[The laughter is what starts to wake him, and his eyes are opening when Axel grabs his shoulder. He yelps at first, rubbing furiously at his face which... honestly just smears the mess around.]

Oh, eww, what?!

[He's staring at his pudding-covered hands now, and then around the hall.]

What's going on here?

[He smears the pudding around, which just makes Axel laugh harder. He wipes a false tear from his eyes and shakes his head.]

You tell me, kiddo; I just found you on the floor. Sleeping on missions? That's my job.

[He bolts upright, flinging pudding... well, everywhere. He's freaking out. The frantic, flailing, "GET IT OFF, GET IT OFF" kind of freaking out. Good job, Cole.]
