It's the place I was before here. Another one of those other-worldly-kidnappy places. Paradisa was a magical castle.

By the Seven, how many of these prisons are there?

[Tyrion muttered, almost to himself. He had not realized there were other places here that had the same sort of ... rules. Or not rules, as the case might be.]

A lot of them, from the looks of things.

[None of which sound even a tiny bit fun. ]

[Tyrion pinched his brow.] ... the question is, are they all in collusion with one another, or are they in fact separate evil entities?

That is the question, isn't it? Seems a lot of power in all these places. You'd think there'd be some sorta power struggle, you know? Big powerful lunatics don't tend to play nice with each other.

[tallasaking]

No they do not - in fact they usually try to kill one another to save the rest of us the trouble. [Tyrion rubbed his chin thoughtfully.]

Exactly. So it'd make more sense if it was just all one big power, just going under different names.

[tallasaking]

So what we are looking at is not just many different evils - but one large, overreaching evil that keeps taking people from their homes and submitting them to these ... strange and alien situations?

Probably something very, very magic, too.

...Actually sounds like somepony from back home. I've never met him, but he's very powerful and is the Lord of Chaos. He'd love this sort of stuff.

[tallasaking]

Honestly? All levels of chaos.

...Do you think he could be behind all of this?

All levels. Thousands of years ago, he ruled over our country, before the princesses in charge now deposed him. He apparently reformed but that didn't stick.

[It did, Cheese just isn't aware of it yet, oops. ]

If I could put my bits on anypony running this show, it'd be on Discord.

... Marvelous. So he reformed, then fell off the proverbial wagon, I believe is the phrase -- and now he might be out and about causing chaos across the universes.

How did they stop him before?

That's pretty much as it went. Last time I was at home, he betrayed us to Lord Tirek, who almost razed Equestria to the ground.

They turned him into stone.

[tallasaking]

Well, I certainly hope they keep him that way.

He isn't. At least, I don't think he is? I'm not sure how they dealt with him.

Well, if another pony ever shows up here ... I am going to hope this is taken care of shortly.

Hah, don't hold your breath. We Equestrians aren't that popular in these magical kidnappy worlds. Between Paradisa and here, I haven't seen another pony for over a year and a half.

Do you know many of the other ponies? I mean, outside of your well-known evil ones, that is?

I'm a drifter, so I got some friends dotted around Equestria. My best friend lives in Ponyville, though. She's the best.

[tallasaking]

Is that right? Well, I certainly hope she ... never shows up here but perhaps you can go home to visit her? [It seemed horrible to wish anyone to be kidnapped, after all.]

I really hope so too, I miss her. Going home would be a pretty awesome thing, to be honest. Space is fun and all, but I miss the wide open spaces of Equestria.

Do you think you will ever be able to get back home?

I really hope I do one day, but I'm not sure. I seem to be in this game for the long run.

... I have the frightening feeling that I am in the same predicament.
