[Bigby found out about the Iskaulit. Namely, that it is large and has big, open spaces.

Big enough for him. And so his clothes are hidden away safely and there's a giant wolf on the loose, exploring everything.

And not frolicking. He's hundreds upon hundreds of years old. He's definitely not frolicking or anything like it.]

Just seems like a bit of a waste of something warm and soft to just throw it away is all.

[The wolf shrugs.]

Guess so. Humans throw away their hair all the time.

Our hair isn't as nice as fur. Kinda scratchy really.

[Aka. Vash has no idea what he's talking about.]

[Turn out, wolf Bigby can give that same filthy look that human Bigby can.]

[Vash's face grows into a sly smile. One that many would say would make him look like an idiot. Then suddenly, quick as lightening, Vash's left hand shoots out to pat Bigby on the head. Ready to yank it back if any teeth come at his hand.]

[bb_wolf]

[Bigby also moves fast. He growls and snaps, not actually aiming to take off an arm, but the threat is there.]

[He also sits up, putting his head WELL out of reach.]

Do not touch people without permission.

[Vash holds up his hand in surrender. No more attempts to pet from him.] Alright, alright. Lesson learned. I'm sorry, the temptation was awful.

[bb_wolf]

[Thing is... Big will often demand ear rubs from people. But it's under his terms and now Vash won't get the offer because he hates people thinking they have the right to touch him.

Instead he gives a small huff of breath, designed to knock Vash off his feet without doing serious damage.]

Do you often try to rub people on the head?

No. Then again, I admit, you're the first wolf-- or any animal really, I could speak with and have the temptation to pet. Usually I admit, I've never thought about how the dogs I've petted felt.

[bb_wolf]

Dogs aren't fucking self aware.

If you'd asked I might've said yes. I did to a couple of others who had fucking manners and asked me first.

[And Lisa Lisa he had cheekily outright asked for a belly rub and got an ear rub instead.]

[And Vash was sort of being an ass so it's not big loss to him he can't pet Bigby. So he focuses on the other part.]

Really? Dogs seemed like they know what they're doing and seem pretty self aware to me.

[There's that dirty look again.]

Do you work hard at being an idiot, or does it come naturally?

What? I'm disagreeing that dogs don't have self awareness. It's just different from how we see the world.

[bb_wolf]

I can talk to wolves and some dogs. They're not self aware.

[goldenglasses]

Well, maybe we just have a different definition for self awareness.

[bb_wolf]

[Bigby says nothing. He doesn't agree, but it doesn't really matter.

A lack of self awareness doesn't make them less. Just not the same.]

[goldenglasses]

[Vash just shrugs at the lack of an answer.] Either way. I didn't mean to disturb you that much. [Okay, a little.] I'll let you get back to your enjoyment.

[Bigby tilts his head, gives a small nod and stands up, stretching himself out and then shaking off.]
