Cry Wolf
Who: Big Bad Wolf + Anyone
Broadcast: n/a
Action: Isakaulit
When: Any time from now on.
[Bigby found out about the Iskaulit. Namely, that it is large and has big, open spaces.
Big enough for him. And so his clothes are hidden away safely and there's a giant wolf on the loose, exploring everything.
And not frolicking. He's hundreds upon hundreds of years old. He's definitely not frolicking or anything like it.]

I didn't ask you to come any closer.

I know you didn't. I also know you could clear this space in a second, but that's more time than I'd have if I were in your reach.

[ That's probably an agreement that he could in fact do that. ]
I don't eat sentient things anymore. I told you that.

Shaking his head, Kurt picks up the rest of the conversation.] Exile from where? You didn't come here from your home?
no subject
[ He notes the fear but it doesn't surprise him. Not with how the boy looks. ]
No. I was forced out of the Homelands some... six hundred years ago? We all come from there. I was among the last to leave. Not the last. But I did not leave until very late into the invasion.

[Good save, but it doesn't entirely cover the shock that anything under creation could drive out what Bigby claims to be. A sinking feeling in his gut says it was humanity.]
no subject
[ He could see that on the boy's face. He blinked lazily, tucking his chin onto his paws. ]
The Adversary. I don't know what it is. No one does. But its armies never end. I spent centuries hunting them, killing them, laying waste to camp and army and caravan and there would always be more. They were so frightened of the wolf that they refused to enter the forests, but when started to demolish the forests itself...
I have limits. I can destroy an army. Not an ocean.

His tail twitches behind him, a half-hearted attempt to dismiss his own guilt. It doesn't work.] My world was overtaken by something very similar. Pity I can't think of a way to shunt your intruding army into my world. Our problems might take care of each other.

He shakes a little. He might need to get back into his other skin before he starts forgetting certain rules. ]
I think I should consider shifting back. Are you going to be strange about naked human shape?
no subject
That's how you've been hiding yourself, you're a shapeshifter.

[ Since nothing was said objecting to it, he stands himself up, shakes out a last time and then hunches in, pushing himself back inside, focusing on that feeling of being human, small, agile, less furry.
Until he's crouched down, head bowed and eyes closed, breathing slowly as he lets the feeling settle through him. He looks up after a moment and then stands.
He's hirsute, yes, but he's not a large man, just a very average height and a slightly stocky build. ]

[Kurt doesn't mind. He doesn't look away, either, watching the wolf shrink down into something more human. It's utterly fascinating to see the differences and similarities to his own mother. There's also a small part of him that hurts to see him forced to be less.
Then Bigby straightens up, and the resemblance to Creed is only strengthened.] Hm. Where did you leave your clothes, I can get them for you.
no subject
[ He's a lot darker than Creed, brown hair, black brown body hair all over and much smaller. Though, he'd still stand a food head above Logan.
He stretches up, completely comfortable with being naked while reaching over his head and then pushing his hair back from his face. ]
Behind the strut there, thanks. Got my smokes too.
[ He also has a lack of scars except for one. A thin, silver line on his flank. ]

[Kurt walks toward the strut mentioned, tail swaying idly. Now that he's on the ground Kurt keeps to two legs instead of crouching or skittering on all four limbs as he had earlier.
He's kind enough to walk back over after gathering Bigby's clothes instead of teleporting with them, straight up to the wolf in human skin as though he'd not just outright said he wasn't fool enough to be lured in. His heart hasn't stopped beating excitedly, but none of it shows on his face as he hands over the pile of clothes. Kurt's keeping the pack until Bigby's done dressing.]

He starts pulling clothes on with practiced ease, tie going on last and then taking back his smokes and tapping one out. He then offers to Kurt. ]
no subject
So he accepts it with a muttered thanks, and slips the cigarette carefully into one of his pockets. For a moment Kurt's silent, and the inevitable question comes spoken softly.] Are you always the same when you change forms? In appearance, I mean.
no subject
[ He lights up his and takes a long, slow drag. ]
Yes. I've been cut with a knife that makes werewolves... or weremen, in my case.
