this is a game-wide mingle and the timeframe isn't super-important, so throw in with whatever you want! play war games, go shopping for gas masks, get lost in the wilderness, hide up in the Iskaulit and refuse to set foot on the moon, anything goes.

[Yang realizes she's drawn attention to herself. Looking around, the people spectators have all followed the masked fighter's line of sight, and they're all beginning to turn towards her, too. Uh, well, guess that's one way to possibly enter yourself into a match.]

[She looks around, trying to see if anyone has a problem with this, as she steps slowly, but casually into the ring. She had heard there were rules to these things, so she doesn't want to cause too much trouble exactly.]

[However, if the crowd is okay with it, and this masked fighter certainly appears to be okay with it, then Yang was certainly willing to go a few rounds.]

[As she continues to step forward, she begins stretching her arms, loosening up a little for this potential match-up.]

[ Well then! If Yang is down and ready, then so is she. She doesn't say anything in response or do anything to warm up, though; she just turns to face her, and cocks her head to the side as if to ask -- when will you be getting on with it, then? ]

[Well, the crowd certainly seemed to be behind the idea, and no one was rushing in to tell them to stop.]

Well, if everyone's okay with this...

[That tilt of the head though, that's all the invitation Yang needs from her opponent. She smirks.This should be a good field test for the Ember Celica Mk. II. Hiro had helped her put the finishing touches on her revitalized, beloved weapon, and now it was time to put the new girl through her paces. She jabs forward, seemingly shadow boxing as a warm up, but as each arm jabs forward the yellow bracelets on her arm whirl and extend, turning into gauntlets that cover her entire forearm and fists.]

Hope you're ready.

[She strikes a standard boxer's pose, a few quick steps back and forth to get her footwork going, and then she lunges forward, going for a direct right-straight aimed at her opponent's face.]

Cuz here I come!

[ Well, she's not familiar with whatever those gauntlets are, but she's smart enough to know that getting hit by them is probably going to hurt like hell.

... Not that she has any intention of getting hit -- she ducks swiftly out of the way of Yang's lunge, stepping to the side as though she's attempting to get behind Yang. She'd like to observe the way Yang fights for a little bit before going in for the metaphorical kill. ]

[As Yang's punch passes through thin air, a charge of kinetic energy explodes at the end of her fist. No projectile is launched. Seeing as there was a crowd around, she was going to keep the blasts short and close. Not trying to rack up any collateral damage here... or well, at least, as little as she can manage.]

[As her opponent ducks the first punch to the side, Yang pivots her hips, throw a Left hook in the direction her opponent moved.]

[ Well, good thing that didn't hit her in the face, because holy shit that would have been real dangerous.

It looks like this girl is playing to win, though, so she supposes Hamon isn't off the table. She isn't sure how exactly those gauntlets function -- but she can assume that there's probably a way to turn them off or overload them, right?

It's a risky assumption to make when she doesn't exactly know for sure, though. All of these different worlds make these things so much more complicated.

Well, if she doesn't have the information she needs, she'll just have to acquire it, won't she? So she steps out of the way again, waiting to see what she might try next with her weapon. ]

[Just like her first punch, this one ends with an explosive burst. However, Yang does follow this one up with another punch, instead she takes a step back. She does a few shoulder rolls, taking a few steps circling her opponent.]

[This masked fighter moves well. Good. It'd be boring if the fight had ended in the first few seconds. Satisfied that she's loosened back up, Yang punches her fists together in front of herself, a golden hue surrounding her for a moment before she lunges forward again, seemingly going for the same straight-jab she started with.]

[ The hue reminds her of Hamon, too -- could it be possible this girl had something similar? It's hard to sense these things when the pollution is so all-encompassing and every world that others come from is just a little bit different.

Lisa Lisa opts for a different approach to dodging out of the way this time -- instead of moving to the right or left, she jumps into the air. If Yang is still for a second or so, she might use the top of her head as a place to land before jumping to the ground -- if not, she'll just flip right over her. ]

[Yang had expected another dodge to the side, so the jump in the air--whoa, talk about air hang time--catches her off guard. And yeah, her head was just used as a vaulting pad. She stumbles forward as her opponent lands gracefully behind her.]

[Yang whips around, her eyes glowing red now, possibly visible behind her own mask. If there's one thing that got easily under skin, it was not being taken seriously in a fight. She cracks her neck to the side, and then lunges forward, much faster than before. This time leading with her left, instead of her right.]

[ Unfortunately for Yang, it's pretty hard for Lisa Lisa to take a fight as seriously as Yang might like. Unless, of course, you're a vampire that wants to take over the world or something crazy like that.

The increase in speed is a surprise, though, and -- well, she guesses it's probably time to fight back. She crouches down now, aiming under Yang's fist for a sharp blow to the stomach. ]

[As her opponent crouches down, a small smirk crosses Yang's face. She was hoping for that. As she charges forward, she plants her left foot forward, pivoting her weight and momentum with her hips to her right arm, swinging in for an under cut to her opponent's own gut.]

[ Wow, rude. Way to copy her move, Yang!!

No but seriously, once she sees that she's miscalculated, she's moving to try and redirect that fist. Lisa Lisa isn't particularly physically strong, but with the help of Hamon (despite no outward sign of it being used), she might at least be able to knock it to the side enough to avoid getting hit directly. ]

[Man, this fighter moves well! Even with that change in attack mid pattern, the masked figher read it. Fortunately, it's sill close enough that the Ember Celica's burst should make contact. Yang discharges a round, this time the kinetic discharge is a bit larger before. Enough so that it'll knock both Yang and her opponent away from each other.]
