[boy oh boy, isn't everyone just so excited to explore this... charming... place...?

[That is very true. A woman cradling poisonous fish in a dead forest is not entirely a lady.]

I do not know if you are of high birth or not. Or do you want to be called something else? Your name, mayhaps?

[Because some really prefer names instead ‘my lady’, ‘ser’ or ‘my lord’.]

High birth? What, like I'm the queen of England or somethin'?

[She laughs.]

I don't know where you're from but we don't have none of that in America. I'm just me. Misty.

I know of those modern customs but it is still hard to tell if someone wishes to be addressed the way I know it or the modern way. I will call you Misty then. [He would probably call her lady Misty soon again because habits die hard.]

If you were a queen I’d call you ‘your grace’.

[Queens definitely do not try to keep dead fish alive.]

[She grins.]

Maybe I could get used to that one. But what should I call you? I guess just “sir” don’t cut it?

Robb. [Robb smiles a little at that. Yeah, he likes to be just Robb instead of ‘my lord’ or ‘your grace’ or ‘my king’. If there is anything to like about this place than it must be the fact that he does not have to worry about his crown or title. He can just be Robb Stark, a boy with auburn hair who is fond of sword fighting.] My name is Robb. That will be enough, really.

Misty!

[She looks down at her hands covered in fishy goop.]

I would offer to shake your hand but I don't think that'd be a very good idea right now.

I rather not touch that, la... [He swallows the word away just in time.] Misty.

[There is an uncomfortable smile on his face.]

I believe that water is poisonous. I would not advice to touch it.

Oh, don't you worry none about me, I can heal anything that poison does to me with magic.

[Robb can’t help being skeptical about magic and this time there isn’t any difference.]

Ah. Very well. [He smiles and nods.] Are you healing those fish then? To throw them back into the poisoned water? [That would be folly. Even for magic-users.]

[Her face falls.]

I have to do something.

[It literally is almost a compulsion. Seeing this much death, feeling it all around her, it's too much.]

'Sides, I wait until the poison's past through from that factory up there. It'll give the fish a little bit longer anyway.

[A dead fish floats by her feet and she kneels to pick it up. For a moment, she cradles the stiff thing in her hands for seemingly no purpose, but then! The fish comes alive again, eyes wide and mouth gulping for air. It flops desperately until she places it back in the water, where it swims away fast as it can.]

But wouldn’t you make them suffer all over again?

[Really, Robb does not want to be mister killjoy but to him it is better to not try to defy death. His voice is also very careful when he speaks. Almost a whisper.] It must not be pleasant to be half dead and suffer through that again, is it not?

[At first Robb thinks she is healing sick fish...but then he notices that she is bringing life to what is dead. Old Nan had stories about that and he never knew he would ever witness such a thing.]

You should not do that. That is not...that is not right.

Look around you. Ain't nothin' on this whole damn planet that's right!

[She points a finger at him emphatically.]

And don't you dare tell me what I should or shouldn't do.

But bringing life to what is dead is far from right! Even less right than this mess of a planet!

My lady, would you like to be stabbed in the chest, suffer a painful death, only to be brought back and suffer the same death all over again?! That does not make sense. These fish are better of dead!

[Robb is extremely wary of all of this.]

[The laugh that comes out of her then is completely mirthless.]

Oh, that's funny, that's real funny. You think I haven't experienced death before? That I haven't experienced pain before? I been hunted, I been burned, I been buried, I been to Hell and back. Trust me, being alive's a damn sight better than being dead.

[Robb had not entirely expected a bitter life story but it is no surprise she is being chased and hurt. Necromancers brought that upon themselves.]

For you, mayhaps. But not for these fishes. Let them die. It is not that you can save this bloody planet by bringing life to suffering fish.

[There is no pity for her. There is nothing good about this. Death is not something that should be played with.]

[Best not say that out loud though, Robb. Being told she deserves that will only anger her further.]

And what are you gonna do if I don't stop? Burn me at the stake like every other damn ignorant backwards person who's scared of what they don't understand?

[She's made bolder, here in the fleet, because she has friends. She has people that aren't scared of her, aren't scared of her abilities, and that makes all the difference.]

I am not going to do such thing. [The tone of his voice is a very annoyed one.] It is not my place to punish you here for acts that are forbidden in Westeros. But I do want you to stop it. [How open-minded of you, Robb...it could very well be that you are starting to learn a little here.]

It is folly to make those fish suffer any more.

[He probably would hang her if this were Westeros. But it is not. And everyone seems to cling to magic here.]

How do you know? You ain't a fish.

[Misty..... Robb actually has a point but by now he's just made her mad enough that she's unlikely to listen.]

You are either a lackwit or missing the bloody point, necromancer.

[A huff follows. It are nothing but fish but he cannot put aside the fact that necromancy is something very forbidden. Even more like slavery. Finally he huffs again and turns halfway.]

Do whatever you wish but stay away from me. [A pause.] And my siblings.

And just what the hell do you think I'm going to do to you? I bring healin' and life: I don't hurt anybody long as they don't try to hurt me or mine.

Then we are settled, not? [Robb steps away while talking.] You are forcing life into what is dead. There is nothing good about that. [Robb rolls his shoulders and makes himself look as manly as possible.] Stay away.

[God she thought she'd gotten away from this teenage boy crap by now.]

Fine by me.

[She can say whatever, Robb makes sure he is gone quick enough.]
