But that comes down to discipline, too- people can still stay active if they want to, even with the tech. What I like about it is the possibilities. You can hang out with and talk to people who live super far away, when in different circumstances, you might never meet them. It can be pretty life-changing!

At the risk of sounding like a total plebe- what's a holdfast?

Plebe? [Robb raises his eyebrows and starts to chuckle a little. Apparently being away from the poisonous air does the other man good.] Holdfasts are smaller castles. They are mostly held in the name of one of the larger houses.

I know what it means. But you do not have to call yourself that just because they have placed a crown onto my head. I do not think myself a king as I play the part in the mummers farce the lords of Atroma forced upon us.

You need an announcement for that sort of thing? Where I'm from, it's just a normal time of year.

The winters can take long and can be considerably harsh. People need to know when to prepare. When they sent me here snow was just starting to fall... It would be my first winter.

[Hastily he scrambles into the shower, flinging his clothes in a pile off to the side. That was embarrassing...]

[Robb laughs softly and turns away as the other heads towards the shower. He does pick up those clothes and thinks it would be a good idea to offer them to the washing machine.]
