I shouldn't be upset, really. I mean, she's back, and at the time she was taken from, I know she's going to be fine for the next ten years at least... but it was nice to not be missing her.

She's really something, isn't she? [...] I'll be fine... I mean... I missed her, I got used to it, and then I didn't have to anymore. Now I have to get used to it again.

[Stefan doesn't wait to hear the rest of the broadcast before he makes his way over to Vima. He doesn't have the Force, but he sure has a big box of baked goods (and okay, maybe a little something from the Starlight he was saving for Eid or a special occasion).

When he finds her, he gives her a slow, sympathetic smile.] Hey. How're your holding up?

[Vima smiles a little when she senses Stefan's presence on the ship, and she's in the kitchen to greet him--which is apt, because it looks like he brought appropriate remedy.]

I'm... I don't know. I know she'll be okay, because of the timeline, but... [she shrugs.] It's jarring, when you feel someone wink out like that.

She's your mom, Vi. You're allowed to feel frustrated and not-okay.

[With that, he opens up the box and slides it her way. It's nothing fancy: extra sugar cookies and ma'amoul, but he's dusted them with a little extra sugar as a pick-me-up.]

Frustrated is definitely the word for it. [She leans forward to look into the box.] I was really looking forward to having... just a good relationship with her. Learning from her.

[She takes one of the ma'amoul.]

And maybe teaching her some things I've learned here, too. Like baking.

I know Tionne's found some information about Nomi. It's really inspirational stuff. She's back doing some great things.

She did. I'll miss Mom, but maybe it's for the best. This way she can get some proper bacta treatment and be as good as new in no time.

Yeah. She rebuilt the Order after the wars, and she'll do more too, I'm sure.

Bacta? If that's the future's version of kolto, then she'll be fine. Quicker than she would with just the fleet's medicine.

[Fortunately, with the Blue Fish’s abundance of shuttles, it is no problem for her to find transportation and she’s over on the Heron in twenty more minutes, maybe less than that. Not knowing where to find Vima, she waits in the docking bay and pages her on the comm.]

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like several from our galaxy have been disappearing - returning home - whatever it is people do when they leave - lately.

Yeah. I suppose Atroma decided it bit off more than it could chew with us. I've heard of people who are sent home and then taken again, so at least I can feel okay about where she is now.
